Cosy, clean b&b at a convenient location near Prince mall

It's a cozy b&b with friendly staff. Just bear in mind that you won't have an ensuite bathroom/shower and toilet. But they have a 'reservation' system to make things convenient. The amenities - like kettle, etc - are sufficient, and the place is well cleaned. Depending on the guests, it may get a bit noisy (if there are kids playing in the hall, for example), but that can't be helped. I thought it was a comfortable b&b and good value, at a location near the Prince shopping center.

I enjoy my stay there. It’s a 15-min walk from JR station that the location is good with reasonable price.

Superb

Comfortable bed, personal jacuzzi was great! Host was so accommodative of my needs and was able to send my luggage via Ta-Q-Bin to my next location in Nagoya. The bike rental was awesome for my day trip around Karuizawa especially since the location was a bit out of the way. Host was also very responsive via LINE messaging, and played some piano in the morning during breakfast.

Location was about 15 minutes walk from west end of Prince Karuizawa Shopping Area. Nothing much in the vicinity. For 690 yen, I think the breakfast can be a little better. Towel, pyjamas and laundry as optional add ons.

Superb

Nice new bathroom on 2nd floor, cosy warm well equipped room. During breakfast the owner plays music, so I asked if she could play Chopin and she played a beautiful nocturne I used to play and I almost cried. XD

We had to be home at 23:00 because the door closes, but you can ask if you plan to arrive later and it's fine, I think.

the room and bathroom are very clean, the staff are very friendly.the location of this guesthouse is nearly to prince plaza and will take approximately 25minutes to walk to JR Karuizawa station. the housekeeper will play violin at among 8’clock .

Piano in the morning is a blissful time

It was a very luxurious experience to listen to live piano music while having breakfast. The hostess was kind and gave us detailed information about the local area!

○First floor bathroom The Jacuzzi was nice, but the stains on the ceiling and sliding door rails were a little bothersome. ○Breakfast It would be nice if there was a little more variety.

I found the hot water a bit confusing, it was my own fault though, and the owner was very apologetic and really nice about it. So nothing really negative to say lol...
