Im Parkhaus des Hotels fand man immer einen freien Platz.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Autobahn nach Nancy bzw. Luxembourg. Das hat permanenten Autolärm bei Tag und Nacht zur Folge. Das angebotene Frühstück musste man an der Rezeption in einer Tüte abholen. Alles war abgepackt, Anders als in jeder Unterkunft, in der wir in den letzten 40 Jahren in Frankreich übernachtet haben, gab es kein Baguette, der Kaffee bestand aus einer kleinen Tüte Nescafé und einem kleinen Päckchen Milch. Es gab p.P. 2 Scheiben Toastbrot, leider keinen Toaster auf dem Zimmer. Darüber hinaus gab es etwas Gebäck, Schmelzkäse, Marmelade, ein kleines Päckchen Orangensaft, sowie ein Päckchen Butter. Dies kann man dann auf dem Zimmer an einem Bistrotisch auf einem Barhocker der für Kinderpopos geeignet ist, einnehmen. Im meinem Fall war auch die Fußstütze auf dem Hocker abgebrochen. Bei der abschließenden Zimmerinspektion (um die gezahlte Kaution wieder zu bekommen) wies ich den Angestellten darauf hin, dass die Stütze schon bei Ankunft fehlte, er teilte mir mit, das sei ihm bekannt. Angeblich wegen Corona wurden wir nach der Zimmerinspektion aufgefordert, den Müll Ins Parkhaus zu bringen und ihn dort selbst zu entsorgen.

It was disappointing and unpleasant.

The room was spacious.

- Difficult to find the reception, located on the 3rd floor. - €140 deposit required, which was strange. - Breakfast was served at the hotel premiere classe next door on the sixth floor, hard to find and not communicated earlier.they don’t even have their own breakfast facilities - Breakfast was very basic and lacked fruits. - The room seemed poorly maintained, with dirty, damaged, and old furniture. - The lighting in the hotel hallways was slow to respond. - The hotel had a persistent unpleasant smell. - The location was described as boring and lifeless

Convenient location and clean but no frills.

Location was convenient, rooms were modern, very clean and large.

Wifi was ok in one room but poor in the other. We booked two rooms and despite seemingly low occupancy we were miles from each other, down long pitch black windowless corridors, energy saving lights that came on as you approached but didn’t come on early enough so felt a bit spooky. No plates at breakfast.

I was very comfortable and it was excellent value for the money!

The location is a long way from the city centre but easily accessible from the autoroute. The room was very big and everything to cater for yourself was provided even a little dishwasher.

The original receptionist was very difficult and purposely misunderstood me but all other staff I had contact with were great. It would be good to have more things available to buy eg. d drink and food machines as there are not many shops close by.

room as quiet. bed comfortable. room spacious . kitchen area good.

my room overlooked multi-storey car park and looked directly at other rooms. had to keep curtains shut. no instructions on how things worked . only one picture on wall so lot of bare walls. no plug in kitchen sink and not able to obtain one from reception. water temp in shower not consistent.

It was clean. It was the kitchenette. There were all the amenities in the room. it was silent. The bed was so comfortable

They have not refunded my deposit after 9 days! it is so awful! About the deposit, they don't highlight the deposit on the main pages of booking.com. They consider it in "more information" as I didn't see it when I booked the residence.

the smell is horrible

the location was convenient the rooms were spacious the check out staff very empathetic

the staff on arrival was really rude, spoke to us like she had better things to be going 2 rooms out of 3 were horribly smelly, the bathrooms smelled horrible. impossible to go in there for one of our guests who chose clearly not to shower during the stay and cleaned up in the kitchen. I will definitely not recommend

Close to highway (actually almost on the highway). This comes handy when travelling

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 4 for one night. During the check in we paied in full for the 2 rooms and then a deposit which was equal with the room price for each of the rooms. With other words we were charged double. Strangely, the deposit ws never released. It has been almost a month now and I am still waiting for the deposit. I called the hotel and got repeated reassurance that the money will be returned in few days, but it never happened. Very frustrating. Never again!

Just enough to sleep overnight.

Good location, price. Noise wise, not too bad.

Difficult to find the reception and the room. The building is like a maze. Breakfast is at the other building. In fact, in another hotel. The food is really basic, only croissant and 3 other kinds of bread, that's all. Not continental breakfast as mentioned at all.

Stay overall appreciated

I liked the spacious apartment and the free parking connecting to the rooms. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I also liked that there were 2 toilets, a hair dryer and a towel heater.

The blanket of the sofa bed could have been wider (it's rather small for 2 people to fit in). The smell in the corridors was a little old and crusty. The view from our bedroom wasn't so great (but I guess it depends of the availabilities).

Very good

The room was very comfortable, everything well organized and having access to the parking place in the same floor was a big help to make easier to load and unload our vehicle. The kids enjoyed and we got good rest staying there.

The deposit return took some days to come in effect at my bank. Initially I thought it would be right away but I guess that was a misunderstanding from my side, and could be also more on my bank side, I couln't really tell for sure. But it's good to have that in mind. Anyway everything went rightfully processed at the end, so not a huge deal.

It was a pleasant experience

The breakfast was not good enough and didn’t meet my expectations. It can not be rated as continental buffet with just bread, cornflakes and croissants. The breakfast for me was absolutely poor and unsatisfactory.

A complete continental buffet breakfast containing egg, omelette, sausages, vegetables, baked beans, fresh fruits etc.

We stayed overnight on a road trip across Europe, the stay started on a funny note as we were handed the tv remote at reception which I have never experienced before. The room was spacious with a good kitchen which we didn't use. The location was better than expected as it was only a short walk to the city centre. Good value for money with great parking facilities for free. It was surprising that we had to pay a 140 Euro deposit for one night, however it was fully refunded with no issues.

A decent accommodation if coming by car and want to be close to Luxembourg / Metz

It was an acceptable accommodation, good rooms and private facilities. The equipped kitchen in the room is a big plus. The rooms are modern with a lot of light, and they were clean. (Make sure to ask for a nice room with a view into the yard and not onto the parking though). It's an okay accommodation if you need a place for a few nights or are passing by, as it's conveniently located right at the entrance to the highway. Would only recommend it if you come by car, public transport would be difficult. There is a good restaurant downstairs (but that's almost the only place around to get food reachable on foot).

The pictures make it look like they're independent apartments, but it's actually more of a very large hotel with confusing layout and lengthy winding corridors (where the light sometimes doesn't light up on time so you're entering darkness before the light comes on etc.), feels more like a highway hotel, though the rooms themselves are nice and spatious. The noise insulation could be better, you can hear almost everything. The rooms themselves are quite modern, but the corridors/reception area don't quite match that feel/design. The multi-level parking garage is convenient but pretty challenging to drive all the way up (very narrow ramp with not much room for maneouvre). Also, the minus of this property is the requirement of putting down a deposit for the room which is taken off the card, we had delays in getting it back (because it was stuck with the bank; the hotel was very responsive explaining this situation to us though) - given that these are rooms rather than apartments, I find the deposit quite unnecessary and annoying to have to pay.
