I appreciate the staff's friendliness and helpfulness in providing us with additional information about the city and the country. Despite encountering language barriers, the staff made great efforts to communicate effectively with us.
Parking, which appears to be a universal issue throughout all hotels in Yerevan.

The location of the hostel is perfect. There is everything you need near the hostel: metro station, huge supermarket, lots of street food, cinema, mall and etc. The hostel is clean and very cozy inside. There is common huge kitchen, also there is kitchen space on each floor. There are lot of places for work and free time. The staff is very attentive and caring! Perfect place! Highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Manager spoke good English. Location was good, its not in the center of Yerevan, but has good subway connection.

I like the district, the people, the atmosphere, dining space, as well as the space for cooking. All is very nice and friendly 👍😊 I would like to choose this place again in future.

The bathroom was full of cobwebs everywhere and dead tiny insects were lying on the ground..it could have done with a really good clean. Having stayed previous 6 nights in a cheaper guesthouse that i would rate 11 out of 10 i were very disappointed.
In addition to post self-written reviews to entice guests, the manager made it clear that she doesn't care for the comfort of her guests. She allows pets inside the rooms with dogs barking all night! They paid for frowning security men but wouldn't provide toilet paper or soap even.Cleaniniess is a mystery to them, they don't allow using the washing machine claiming it's a covid 19 preventive mesure but they wouldn't clean the toilet or the rooms at all.lyers of dust and dead flies were in the room goodness know since when.
I didn't expect a five-star experience but a good bathrooms condition and clean at least.

This place was great. The staff are very nice and friendly people. They help you with anything you need and they care about you. The rooms are cosy and clean. The lobby gives you the chance of finding good friends. The breakfast was good and the fact that they are a hostel with a pick up service to the airport, make them better as well. It's somewhere you feel like home.

I had heard this hostel was good, but sincerely I'm amazed by how great and unique this place was. Seriously one of the best places ever visited. Abundant breakfast, spotlessly clean and big toilets, big shared room with super comfy beds, but most of all the exaggerate friendliness of the staff that worked there. Everyone has been super helpful and kind, they really made our stay.
We'll be back again and I will of course recommend it to friends! Well done guys

Best hostel i have ever stayed. Great place and welcoming Staff. It's easy to access bus stations, metro and even a supermarket next to it.
I have stayed for a night but would stay longer if i had time. The beds are comfortable and there is no noise at night so you can sleep well.
Nothing

There is a lift and beds are comfy
It's a not a touristic area and the locals are unfriendly towards foreigners so if you don't speak Russian or Armenian you'll be largely ignored everywhere in the supermarkets, shops etc...

first of all, this is a decent design hostel with high standard facilities and staff are friendly and polite (Receptionist and the lady responsible for cleaning). However it's an over-priced hostel and I was quite disappointed with the following crucial points that make it a loss for money instead of a value :
*Breakfast is terrible by hostels and hotels standards. What on earth they're thinking, serving a plate of fried-eggs,tea and dry old bread! I asked if they could serve cereals but again I was given the same plate of eggs the second night. The "Breakfast included" is a scam. For the following days I just went and bought my breakfast from the outside.
*For a price as such I would like to think that I'd get a towel but no, you have to pay for a it which is usually freely provided in hostels/hotels.
Also,no Toilet paper and no hand's soap, I had to ask couple of times for them.
*Accumulated thick dust everywhere, it's obvious that it hasn't been cleaned for a looooong time, their so-called cleaning is actually just emptying the trash, that's all.You could smell a perpetual stench coming from the Toilets on the third and second floor.
*The presence of 2 security men with the police uniform, wandering about the entire hostel, checking on you, checking the trash you threw, the food you order is REALLY WAY too much ! You're supposed to relax in the accomodation of your vacation not get the vibe of a Paronid security perhaps they think tourists come with bad intentions!Shame!
*located in a very busy street
I left to another better hostel that has high ratings, centrally located, REALLY clean and serve a proper breakfast for half of what I paid in this so called hostel.
No proper kitchen to prepare yourself a meal
Staff don't speak English and expect you to speak Russian
