DISASTER

NOTHING

Apartment was not ready till 16,15h – sitting on the stairs – family of 5. Everything old, broken and dirty in apartment. Air conditioners were so dirty that, despite 45oC in Athens you do not want to turn it on as you will get some disease. Not possible to sleep because temperature and feel of dirtiness. Terrace is joke with old table and chairs and nothing else. Owner advised me to find new apartment, he will give me 1 hour – at 17h, in Athens after all day long tryp??? We change it tomorrow. BOOKING.COM was so unprofessional and they transferred to me not complete amount of money for 2 nights (we stayed 1 night, no sleep) but for 1 NIGHT deducted for “booking sponsor benefit applied in the reservation”. WOW???? This info I squeezed from them after so many massages and answers from: Venessa B., Caroline R., zahra b., Neha Y., Antonio Y., Thomas N. and then they stop to answering!

Ok for singles 1-2 nights stay. Without wifi and designated parking.

Nice terrace, good cabinet table in the living room. Spacious living room.

There is no private parking, you can try finding a free parking on the street. That could be a challenge in the morning. Paid parking nearby we could find is 17€/day. Wi-fi is working, but is good only for messaging or e-mail. Speed is close to zero: 0.20-0.35 mbps. The view out of the bathroom is at pigeon nest with a pigeon chick sitting constantly calling for her parents. Kitchen needs renovation and some extra utensils - wine glasses, knifes. The common area of the building smells kerosene - probably it was recently sanitised against roaches/pests, some of the smell even gets into the apartment.

the kitchen was very old very rusty, in general the Appartment was not clean, a very poor internet connection.

Spacious apartment near Megaron Athens International Conference Centre

Checkin process easy, I was well.informed. Spacious flat, close to highroad and Conference centre. Working air con/heater The flat was decorated with books which I found refreshing. Although the weather didn't help but the balcony was spacious.

Lack of light in the corridor Lift was old, and got stuck once but decided to move again.

The position of the house it is near at the metro station and the terrace was also huge that you can relax anytime of the day . The place is quiet and safe.

There is only 1 bathroom and the utensils in the kitchen

The location is excellent.

Cleaning. All cleaning stuff can be kept outside (huge nice terrace) instead of in the cupboard under the sink, this can help avoiding unpleasant smell.

Superb

The layout of the flat is great. ALL ROOMS incl. even kitchen open towards the huge roof balcony. It is close to the sights of Athens, we could park the car and just walk everywhere.

The flat would deserve renovation, especially the kitcken and the painting of the doors, windows. Plus pls clean the hair dryer as it was a bit disgusting to touch it...

A wonderful apartment

The apartment is very cozy and atmospheric, the terrace is HUGE and it was great having my morning coffee there. I had everything I needed and more. The location is great too with easy access to metro, which is great for both the port and airport, and those who like walking, can walk to the majority of sights. The hosts were super nice too, wrote me asking if I got in,

Very good

Best location without a car. 5min walk to metro Station and 2 stations away from syntagma. Around it, there is a clinic, pharmacy, gregorys, mini market, and coffee shops and bus station.

Not very happy

2 bedrooms

2 lamps didn't have bulbs, one window shutter was broken, no extra blankets, could not use kitchen (not very clean), far from city centre.
