Our stay at Crown Plaza

Room was comfortable staff were great. However we had to leave in an emergency and they were kind enough to refund the reat of our stay.

Slight confusion on arrival. Took some time to find our booking on the system.

Superb

Liked the whole concept really & bed was really comfy aswell 😁

Noise from the bars (BUT THAT WAS GONNA BE A FACTOR DUE TO LOCATION) Was really hot through the night & we didnt have the heating on .Tv could be on a swinging bracket for when chilling in bed you can turn it to see it lol

parking - it would be much easier to park if there was some parking dedicated to people who stay here.

You have to check in and out 10 minutes from the property which is inconvenient.

the tv wasn’t working but a technician was ent and all resolved within 15 mins. No view but great location

beds were wonderful but don’t go outside!

comfy beds, tv, kitchen equipment

outside space very dirty, we even saw a rat! water splashed out of the shower so had to use towels on the floor. Stained sofa, stains on cushions for outside chairs but these were covered in bird poop. the Astro turf covered in bird poop and feathers and everything covered in spider webs and poop. rat coming out of broken storage on terrace area. not suitable for children as both sides of terrace or open to a drop of the roof ! also we were aware of the stairs but should say there are 54 stairs.

Lovely spacious environment

The location to collect the keys was minutes from the apartment we stayed in.

Didn’t effect our stay but the clock wasn’t working and not enough milk for more than one brew.

Lovely apartments everything you need already there

Blinds aren't great in blocking our the street lamp outside bedroom apartment 6 so not dark enough for a light sleeper but that's not a complaint just a comment. The rest is perfect

Clean and convenient

Location was great right in the heart of Southport. Very clean had everything we needed for a weekend stay,

Having the walk at least 15minutes away from the apartment to collect the keys and drop them off when checking out at hotel 21. Could do with a drop box for keys.

Good place to stay

Staff is great, and really helpful. The apartment looks nice and clean... I asked to check in earlier so they gave me extra time.

There are tons of dust and hairs in not visible places around the bed, shelfs and etc. Wouldn't put anything into the wardrobe. Check in 15:30 - check out 10am. The price isn't so low and the hours much shorter than used to be.
