Comfortable stay and convenient location
Extremely comfortable and location is super convenient to get around the main tourist attractions. The front desk is patient and very helpful with all our queries as it was our first time in China. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!!

Not worth it!
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean
The breakfast food was poor quality. As an example, I ordered an omelet and I requested it to be without oil. The cook either ignored, or did not understand my requested and used oil in the preparation. I would be ok with that, excerpt for the fact that they were using cheap soy oil to cook, and the omelet tasted like something that was smothered in oil. The food options in the buffet are limited and poor quality. Anyways, not a big deal, but I paid good money for the stay and I was expecting better.

Good
No privacy in the toilet. You hear every single drop of someone using the toilet. It’s just a really thin door that doesn’t close.

Pleasant over all, hope the food will take less time to be ready next time.
Room and service are great. Very friendly staff, Fiona is excellent, went above and beyond to assist with my needs.
food at amber lounge took very long to prepare, been told by staff half hour for 2 waffles and 20 mins for sandwiches. Have to leave the lounge without food because running out of time.
