Bon rapport qualité-Prix.

Nice house, have everything you need.

The property is so lovely and welcoming, it was clean and nicely decorated. There are small stores/supermarkets nearby and it is a short walk to the pretty village centre. I would give the property 10/10.
The constant early morning/late night noise from outside meant that I felt forced to leave 6 days early as it was just too much.

The flat itself is great. Divided into 2 zones, with huge bathroom and patio in between. The location is excellent, central point of island easy access everywhere. You can park in front of the house as there are lots of places on the street. There were all the facilities, place was clean. I loved it!!

Easy to get key, and park car - great location if you have a car, super comfortable bed and really clean!
Would have liked some cooking oil and basic spices but nothing negative! The walls to next door were really thin, could hear a crying baby in the late hours.

The apartment is situated right next to the town center of San Bartolomé. Smaller supermarkets, cafes, postoffice and a restaurant were easily reachable by foot.
An oven for this apartment would be great if someone wants to cook dishes where an oven is required.

clean, convenient

Super clean and cosy apartment, completely optimised and full of what is needed. The central position is ideal to go everywhere on the island. In addition, San Bartolomè is a small nice town where nothing is missing.
Completely recommended!
Thanks Jesus!

nice, clean little flat. Easy to access and park. No in-person greeting due to covid but easy to get the keys.
Clean towels and some coffee and tea provided. Overall good value for money.
San Bartolome is very conveniently located in the center of the island so easy to get around.
the only problem was that the flat is separated from the next-door flat only by a thin wall and a large bay window. Lets all of the light and noise in. So when your neighbours are chatting in their garden until late at night it's very difficult to fall asleep, because of the noise and how much light you get in the bedroom.
Other than that but unrelated to this property, San Bartolome was 500% dead because of winter + covid, probably best to stay on the coast or Teguise at the moment.

Lovely little place, really enjoyed our stay!

It is a nice looking house with new furniture and very clean. Location is perfect for exploring around the island because it's only about half an hour drive from the north and the south end of the island. It is located in one way street and public parking spaces available around and in front of the house.
Google maps was not able to take us to Calle Calderetas 53. Since it is one way street and we were driving at the night time, we missed the house at first. For the rest of our stay we navigated easily when we were driving around the place by putting Calle Calderetas 39 in Google maps, drove a bit further and the house is on the left hand side.
