Gorgeous villa, fully equipped with all necessary for living, cooking, enjoying swimming pool and relaxing, as well as private parking space and lovely garden with a lot of oil trees. Very helpful owner Niko and his family were very supportive and solve all issues and did good recommendations how to deeply discover the country and spend time nice. Nearby in 25 min walk (path not suitable for baby stroller) you can find three lovely beaches (some of them "nudists"), 5 min. walk three big Malls, fish shop, Gas station. Makarska city center (30 min. to walk) with a lot of restaurants, gift shops, banks, ATM's, renting cars, etc.

The Holiday Home Sanja was the best place we could ever find in Makarska. At first, the host is very kind and very friendly person. The communication in English language is at very good level. At second, the house is well furnished, everything you may need is there. Two kitchens - inside and also outside - what makes the summer vacation atmosphere. You can have a breakfast outside sitting next to pool with crystal clear water. In case of any need, you can contact the host who is willing to assist you. Also, the TOP note is that the host prepared the best welcome local snack and home made drinks for us - this is something that makes you feel like at your holiday home! Truly recommending!
Everything was great. No complains, really.

Where to start.. If i could give more than 10, i would. The place is wonderful. Cosy, comfortable, beautiful, awesome, excellent - simply superb! There's everything what you might need during shorter or longer stay or perfect holidays. Well equiped kitchen - well, two kitchens actually - one inside with smaller table, oven, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, big fridge etc, and one outside with stone grill and pizza oven! Outside table and garden with olives trees, small swimming pool 91,5m deep), comfortable couches for chilling in the evening sipping local vine ;) There's also a small vegetable garden, so everyday you can pick fresh and sungrown tomatoes and zuccinis :)
There are two spacious bedrooms, with very comfortable beds, three bathrooms and living room. Air conditioning is working well, but even without it on, the temperature inside is ok. I think it' obvious, that everything was clean and fresh :)
Even though the house is located near the main road between Makarska and Tucepi (but withing comfortable distance from Makarska and Kaufland/Konzum/fish market/gas station), it's still very quiet and secluded.
It's really close to Nugal beach (like 5-10mins walk) and bit further (but still like 10-15mins) to Solaric and other smaller beaches.
The host - Nico is very friendly and helpful, he not only prepared a welcome gift for us, but also gave us many useful tips and information about Makarska and surroundings etc. Seriously, a perfect host of a perfect place - thank you once again for a wonderful stay!
What else to add - we will be coming back!

It was a nice location and comfortable! We had 2 days bad weather and it was really nice to jump into the pool!
We had also possibilities to grill and sit down and just relax after eating.
Niko the host (and also his family) is a very friendly person and he take us from the petrol station and bring us directly to the house!
Niko also give us many tips and information where we can go out in Makarska!
Points 10/10!! :)

The villa is amazing. Well stocked with everything you need and equipment and furnishings of a high specification. Very relaxing spot with great views of the mountains . Pool and surroundings clean. Niko was a superb host , very attentive and bringing us gifts of wine, cheese and ham. The property is just outside Tucepi and Markarska, we were able to walk to both in the evening, 30-40 mins through the woods, although might be difficult in very hot weather. Very positive experience had by all.
