Very good

Spacious apartment in handy location - low key piazza nearby and tram 5 minute walk away, 10 stops or so to old Town. Good for two people as good air con in main bedroom. Matteo extremely helpful and available at short notice.

Pull out couch for third person not so comfortable, and air con didn't get thru to lounge so very hot (5th floor).

The property was absolutely perfcet for my trip to Florence. I was staying alone for 2 nights and it had everything I needed. The room was big and the bed was very comfy. It also had a nice clean kitchen and bathroom, with a washine machine which is always a bonus. The hosts are amazing and really welcome you to the property, show you around and give you all of the information that you need. It is a little outside the city centre, but public transport is close and easy as well as many bike and scooter services. I would definitely stay again if I ever return to Florence!

Very nice apartment, the host communicates very well. The room was comfortable and clean. The location of the apartment is also very good, very convenient to go to the city center. It was a very good experience. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Florence.

Wonderful staying

I have only good things to say! Starting with Matteo, the person who welcomed us he was very gentile and helpful with us. The house is excellent and very well located. It has everything you need to spend a great time in Florence, the house is very close to the tram station that takes you to the center of Florence in 10 minutes! You can book this house to stay as long as you like, you won't regret it.

The apartment is pretty clean, and includes almost everything you need. It is close to the center, with the tram or train you reach the center in about 25 min. Matteo is also quite helpful for tips and so on.

Tricky is that after midnight, there are rare shifts of tram or train, so if you gonna go out for a drink or party in Center, you have to look up the tram or train schedules in advance in case there is none when you go out of the pub or club.

it was comfortable, relax and safe.

building is very silent, also is very close the tram stop and Rifredi stop. Matteo is so helpful and friendly. You can go to city centre nearly 10 min by tram.

paying extra fee for bed linens and towels isn’t good.

The property was very clean and nice, it is close to the train station, very useful as with one train stop you find yourself in the center of Florence.

It was very difficult to find parking near the property and the only parking that we could find was with a parking tikets.

-The location is excellent for any one who wants to be in Florence , just 5 minutes walking from the tramvia which will take you in 10 minutes to the center of Florence and train station Santa Maria . - the location in near to many supermarkets , gelaterie and more . - A bus station under the house 😂 - The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for a short stay - Nice staff soprattutto Matteo , He is very friendly and he will wait you until you arrive, he contacted me one day before my arrival to organize everything also he waited me for around 3 hours 😂( I was in late due to an accident between Pisa and Florence ) . Matteo will advise you where to eat and he will give you discount.

I have never met such a friendly, attentive and thoughtful host, he helped to guide me to the apartment and also asked me afterwards if I needed anything. The apartment is well equipped for a longer stay. I really appreciated AC, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and kettle. The place is bright and clean. The location was really good me for, since I came for work in Careggi area. But to go in the city center, it's also very convenient, the bus stop is just a minute away, and the tram station about 3 minutes.

Little complaints for future improvements: Some parts are not in pristine condition and would need additional maintenance (bathtub, some walls), chairs need some seat padding, maybe an additional bigger knife and big tea cups. Street parking is a bit complicated but not much can be done to improve this - this is Careggi :)

We like how nice the host was , we had to wait for Him to meet us at the apartment the day we arrived , but over all it was very nice and enjoyable thank you Christina & Matteo see you next time in Firenze, Maria. Cesario

We had a good stay at Christina's Appartment. The Apartment was well equipped. Would like to mention that we needed an iron and Matteo took the effort to make it available. Matteo was a delight to co-ordinate with. Would definitely recommend staying here. Overall, a comfortable stay.
