Magnifique hôtel , parfait !

Très bel hôtel , récent , moderne ,propre. Plusieurs espaces piscines . Localisation parfaite . Petite attention avec une bouteille déposé dans la chambre pour mon anniversaire. Des animations le soir .

Rien tout était parfait. Nous n'avons rien à reprocher .

Half too much price for the level of the hotel

Good sized room. a safe box is included in the price. reasonable bed. most of the staff are polite and manage to smile. quiet location

The hotel's reception clerks and the pool guard talked about us quite unpleasantly during check-in. (They thought we were poor when we only came for 2 nights, for us this was a test visit with the wife, the idea is to come on vacation with the grandchildren later. unfortunately we won't choose this hotel) It would be a good idea to at least check if the customer understands Spanish before opening his mouth.. The room and the rest of the hotel are not 4 star level. maybe the 2nd or 3rd food is of poor quality, cold or burnt, some spoiled (leftovers from the previous days are offered again). all inc drinks 2 star hotel level. garbage in the pools and cats everywhere (also on the dining tables 😂) a lot of insects in the room (the air conditioning in the ducts or the ventilation in the bathroom window do not have insect screens) service is slow in the pool bar and sports bar, only one employee handles both. He and she did manage to be polite and smile.

Good times.

The pool was nice and clean. We were allocated in a bungalow that had the pool next to the terrace which was really nice.The whole complex was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

The variety of the food can be improved . The food was similar most of the days . The cocktails included in the all inclusive package could be improved.

the fake grass it’s terrible dirty no one cleaning also sun bed not flashing with water every morning how should be in 3 star hotel but koala has 4 stars no proper table around snack bar

Very good

Perfect location for family with small kids. Food was great, room is very big, bathroom with bathtub and shower..bed in comfy..but zofa in living room are not comfy at all (maybe doors are little bit old and making noises).

The "grass" around pools is hot during the sun, so you are unable to walk without flipflops. For my taste too many cats in and around the hotel...the smell of their poops around playground and little pool

Excellent location, great facilities, the water in the pool was really warm for the kids and that's a big thing in february. The food was good and variated.

If you go too late to eat, both lunch or dinner you risk to find little food.

Had a nice time but probably wouldn't return

The complex was kept clean, there are plenty of swimming pools and there was good policing of mask wearing in indoor communal areas. There was a local park nearby and the hotel supplied a daily coach to the local water park and beach and back. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

Inconsistency on the rules around the pool around allowing inflatables for the kids, first 3 days we weren't allowed the last few days we were! There was only 1-2 lifeguards between 4 pools. Food on offer was mediocre at best and hardly ever labelled so beware if you have allergies!

Lovely few days break

The staff were very attentive, hotel was clean, rooms were great and the air conditioning was top notch. Food was good and ill inclusive drinks were brilliant.

We were only there for a few days and we didn’t pay for the safe in the bedroom as we felt safe a comfortable and just didn’t think anything would happen as we weren’t leaving the complex are far from our room. The time we went to the pool so we could only vaguely see terrace someone come in and looked around and stole our money they had found. We had only gone to the pool for an hour so we were disheartened. We should have paid for the safe,but the staff were helpfull and checked if a card had been used for the door and told us security cameras only viewed pool areas so unable to see anything. Would have been 10/10 from us if the site had more security cameras as all ground floors had terraces.

Spacious family room. Great pool area and snack bar. The buffet was full of different options suited for the whole family. The staff was terrific!
