Great central location with some minor faults.

Great location. 10m walk from the railway station. Great service. Rooftop bar. Right in the center which is both good and bad (noise). If you are not planning to party till late I would think some other places could be better. There is always fresh water and some snacks in the lobby which is nice.

The audio/video setup was a bit confusing but it could be just me. Room layout a bit annoying as the room was divided by a long desk which did not have much use as you had little space between both beds (it is probably different when you have 2 pax occupancy we had the added bed not the sofa). The coffee area is hard to access. Our coffee machine did not work and although we asked this was not fixed.

Heerlijk ontbijt en mooie kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt voor citytrip

Ontvangst was wat bot en niet professioneel Het betalen van de rekening mag discreet en hoeft niet ‘geroepen’ te worden. Ook het verwerken van alle gegevens duurde mijns inziens erg lang … 15 min om uiteindelijk maar 1 van de 3 kamers te hebben en dan 20 min later mogen terugkomen voor andere kamers zonder excuses of drankje aan te bieden… ontvangst kon hartelijker en proffesioneler! PS Heb zelf veel hotelervaring langs beide kanten, dus ik weet waarover ik spreek!!

Top Adresse, zentrale Lage, super Zimmer, Top Frühstück

Es war nicht nur die zentrale Lage, es war nicht nur die Möglichkeit, in der nahegelegenen Einkaufsmall bequem zu parken, es war auch die Chance, in den höhergelegenen Etagen des Hotels einen tollen Blick über die Stadt zu genießen, was bei bodentiefen Fenstern möglich war. Wer auf TV-Präsenz in Hotelzimmern steht, kommt ebenso voll auf seine Kosten, ein Riesenbildschirm auf Rollen, so dass man nicht nur im Bett sondern auch vom Sofa aus einen perfekten TV Empfang hat. Uns wurde zudem noch eine weitere große Aufmerksamkeit zuteil: wir waren einer von viel täglichen LUCKY GUESTS, die einen Upgrade erhielten einschließlich des Gratis-Edel-Frühstücks im TopRoof Restaurant. Danke dafür. Wir kommen wieder!!

Ontbijt met mooi uitzicht richting stadion.

Locatie perfect, ontbijt erg goed en uitgebreid (ook met allergie), bed heerlijk, douche ook.

De kamers zijn erg gehorig, maar daar zijn oordoppen voor uitgevonden.

a large and conveniently placed hotel

The hotel is very close to the central bus and train stations and the restaurants. The room was available before check-in, which mattered a lot. We didn't have to leave our luggage and come back, so we didn't waste time. Everything was excellent, we didn't have breakfast because we had to leave early the next day, and we only stayed for one night.

The air conditioning made a slight noise at night and could not be turned off. I asked for twin beds and got a matrimonial bed. When I checked in, I was requested to pay, which I had previously done the day before. There was some confusion between the two front desk employees. Finally, they double-checked the payment and only requested the city tax.

Indonesian staff member at the restaurant for breakfast was really friendly

2 days in a row (from the 6 days) maintenance had to come in the room at 10,00 to repair/carry out maintenance on the airco in the room. Each night there was a noise coming from the airco (crackling) and the airco was not cooling the room that well so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable.

Perfection in Eindhoven! Stay Here If You Want to Enjoy!

EVERYTHING! The room was huge with a bathtub overlooking a square. Beautiful beds and bedding and a huge bathroom with massive shower. They left us water and chocolates and an awesome gift bag for kids with ribber duckies! I mean my kids loved the whole experience. Breakfast was sick. Salmon, cheeses, cereals and meats and the BEST APPLE RUM RAISIN PIE I've had in my life. The 13th floor Vane restaurant is the most beautiful place to have your coffee and staff was exceptional. MASJA THANK YOU for the recommendation for the Speelpark de Splinter for kids, we loved it! This is the BEST hotel I've stayed in for a while where service, quality lodging and location are all 10/10. Bravo guys! Eindhoven was made perfect due to our stay with you

Gorgeous, luxurious hotel in the city centre.

I loved this hotel from the moment I was greeted by the fantastic front of house staff. Very sweet and professional. The room was gorgeous and spacious. Breakfast was great.

Lack of soundproofing means if you’re not out partying in the weekend, you’ll be hearing all those who are until 2/3am if on the lower ground floors facing the street.

The hotel is at an excellent location to discover the city. Staff is friendly and everything is well organised. Rooms are very modern and equipped to standards. You can have rooms with an impressive bathtub with good view on the city. The rooftop bar and restaurant really tops it of.

Although the rooftop bar is a must visit I was a bit disappointed by the price/quality of the cocktail bar. I was expecting much more variety, also the cocktails were small given their relative high price.

Lovely staff, lovely room they left bath stuff for the kids it was so nice. But best of all amazing breakfast I stayed in another hotel the day after in another city and it wasn’t half as good as here. I would love to stay again. It was 5 min from train station in the centre of the city. Free sweats at reception. Fab place thank you

No parking. We came with two cars. We paid an extra 20 eu for parking. The hotel across does have one, pullman has one but nh doesnt? Its weird but okay. We came in and had to wait almost an hour before we could get in our room. We have ramadan so every hour counts. We were very hungry and tired.

Just as we arrived we entered the pretty lobby that smelled amazing. We were welcome by very nice receptionist and our room was even ready before the check-in time. The room itself was amazing, very spacious and super clean. Everything was perfect and I was very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom with double sink. What I enjoyed the most was the shower, it was amazing with great smelling shower gel. Overall perfect stay, definitely stayiny here next time I visit. Could not recommend more.
