Traumhafte, etwas in die Jahre gekomme Anlage in ruhiger und abgelegener Lage.

Die Lage in dem Wohnkomplex ist traumhaft, der Park sehr schön, die Natur überwältigend. Die Wohnung war schön, vor allem die Balkone, Swimmingpool groß, alle Anwohner dort sehr freundlich.

Der Komplex befindet sich auf einem Berg - für ältere Menschen nur mit Auto oder Taxi sinnvoll, ein Kiosk oder so etwas vor Ort hätte wirklich nicht geschadet (so muss man für eine Flasche Wasser in die Stadt fahren). Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, allgemein ist die Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

All you could ask for

Excellent apartment, host and location. We arrived around 1am after travel delays and Lisa was incredibly helpful and gracious in making sure we still got access to the property, even though it was well after the agreed check in time. In the morning we were awed by how gorgeous the view was in the daylight (we actually ended up staying in a different apartment with a different view to the one at K6 and so was lucky enough to have a view over the town and beach). The apartment was spotless, with a good amount of space and had a nice bathroom, kitchen and balcony area (lovely to relax out here in the early mornings with some fruit and tea before starting the day or watching the sunset over the town and beach in the evenings). Lisa was incredibly friendly throughout our stay and the apartment was only a walk or short drive from all the main tourist locations. We will most definitely be back!

Beautiful view from the balcony, felt safe, good air con, spacious.

Walking up the big hill to get to the apartment! Wi-fi stopped working for a day which made things difficult as we had no data on our phones but Lisa resolved this the following day.

I really enjoyed the location and all the amenities the apartment offered.

The location will scare you because of the renovation.. Once I entered the apartment, it was such a clean homie environment. The view the next morning was amazing!! I will definitely book again!

the property is very nice and the view is very beautiful. The location on booking or on maps.me is not real.

I booked the place based on the location because I wanted to be close (at a walking distance) to the bars and the night life. Both, the location on booking and the location on maps.me is wrong. I told Lisa about this issue and she said other people complained about it but nothing has changed. I believe everyone is booking the place based on location which is not accurate or better said is completely wrong. On booking, the location, is in the middle of nightlife, in reality one can walk in 30-40 min to get to that place not mentioning the very very steep slope to climb back in the night. without taxi or car it becomes very impractical.

My fiancé and I enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean. Very close to all activities and food markets. Overall it was an excellent stay.

The rental is lovely, it has a beautiful view.

The walk out of the rental complex is on a very steep hill. There aren't any stores or restaurants near by had to take a taxi everywhere. There was very little assistance from the host in the guest book had little to no information. This is the first rental property in booking that refused a 1 hour extension on check out host was not friendly felt like once she got the money she was done

Just awesome

When you need quiet down time, this is the place. K6 is close to all the top attractions and restaurants in Ocho Rios.Also, a must try is Ocho Rios Jerk Centre - the food is awesome. The apartment is exactly what is shown and a fully functional kitchen so you can cook if you so desire. Lisa you’re awesome is like we knew each other from way back then.

There is nothing not to like about this place.

My overall stay at the apartment was brilliant!! looking forward to staying here again in 2022

The host Lisa was fantastic and is really nice. We had planned to book in around 2pm, due to unforeseen reasons we did not arrive at the property until around 9pm. Understandably Lisa was unable to meet with us at this time, however; she guided us through the phone, providing us with the code for access and gave all relevant information needed, such as where to locate items within the property, how to use appliances etc. The apartment itself, was welcoming, comfortable and clean, Overall a nice property and would definitely stay here again!
