warm and friendly

It was great to have a private space to rest after a long flight, warm and friendly staffs, room with window can make me feel the view of Frankfurt airport, very special experience.

It was so tiny! And so expensive for the time we had there… just four hours! I’m not sure if there was an option to pay by the hour.

Easy Check-in. The small room had everything we needed for one night.It was clean and cosy.

The room was extremely small for two people. One had to be in bed or in the shower while the other one changed. Interesting experience. The bed had only one blanket which was too small for two. Ask for a second one.

The repeat text saying I will not be able to stay there as they shut at 10 p. And my flight was delayed no fault of mine and I was so stressed out I have assistance and it I was horrible so stressful even for the team working

it’s very convenient for transit passengers. very helpful staff. extremely clean and well maintained room. we had room with view - nicely insulated, no noise at all.

for two people room is super small. toilet should be more private than is at this moment - clouds on glass looks nice but is not giving any privacy. very pricey considering offer (being in transit area is definitely an asset)

it is a good place to stay during a stressful flight delay time and stuff

the fact they are inside Transit area and we don’t need visa.

very few food places near the area that are opened past 6pm.

A haven in the cloud

Excellent location at Gate Z25 (Terminal 1) and easily accessible via Skyline train from zones A, B and C (Terminal 1) and also D and E (Terminal 2). Expect to receive a warm welcome from friendly staff who all speak English. Rooms are clean and comfortable and include showers. The perfect solution for anyone needing to catch some sleep while in transit before connecting to another flight (after a long haul flight the night before). Especially useful for those who have to work immediately after long flights with several hours in transit.

Superb

Location is perfect for staying in the airport while waiting for international connecting flight. Staff is very helpful with reservation & questions. Room is clean and quiet. Mattress is comfortable.

Didn’t try breakfast, but perhaps better drinks and snack supplies.

Great for a short stay and remember to book ahead!

Location and cleanliness are excellent. Also very quiet due to the design of the thick wall.

The bathroom and shower walls/door are transparent, so not great with family.
