What really stood out was the hospitality, courtesy, and attention given by all resort staff we encountered (at the reception, restaurant, buggy driver, and room cleaners) that were beyond our expectation. They could remember our names throughout our stay. They acceded to our requests and carried them out without fail. The villa was wonderful and the seaview from the villa was breathtaking. While it might be our first stay at this Komaneka resort (we stayed twice at the Bisma resort some time ago) and it is a bit of a distance from the airport (about 45-50 mins car ride), we are quite sure to return for another stay at this resort in the future. Keep up the great service and upkeep of the resort!
This is NOT a dislike but just to say we hope Komaneka can consider reinstating the daily shuttle service between their resorts. It would be great visiting other Komaneka resorts and enjoying their unique offerings.

This place is amazing, and it gives you a great privacy if you're looking for that, the staff is extraordinary and extremely kind, the only problem in this place that it's a little bit far away from Bali's activities, but that shouldn't be a problem if you're planning to relax and enjoy the beach and the nature, this place will give you unforgettable memories.
4.5
The view was excellent. Due to my discomfort to wildlife, I prefer to stay inside when I am at the residence; the floor-to-ceiling windows made me feel like I was outside at all times.
The pool was great.
I loved how much space there was for the closets.
I really liked how quiet it was.
Finally, the staff was really friendly and remembered me by name.
The location is a bit secluded. It's a bit far from most places, but that could also be a plus if quiet is what you are looking for.
Although the food was delicious, for certain main courses and desserts, the portions were smaller than usual.

Absolutely everything is perfect at Komaneka, but the beautiful staff really make it special.

The villa is simply stunning. They are built like individual raised houses overlooking the sea, making each villa very private. Everything worked well--their aircon can be insanely powerful if you want it to be. There were complimentary biscuits which were yummy plus some fun amenities like straw hats and a large straw beach bag. There was also a yoga mat so I got to do some yoga. Water was complimentary and you can ask for as many as you want.
The hotel grounds are also gorgeous. To get between reception / the restaurant and your villa, you can take a buggy or walk on an elevated walkway through a idyllic rice paddy. The restaurant is right next to the beach and you can literally walk straight down to it. The sand is volcanic black sand, soft enough to run on barefoot if you wish. But the waves are very strong and not for swimming. You can hear the waves from your villa.
Service from the team was impeccable-- everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The staff of Komaneka helped us to book a horse riding trip with Bali Horse Riding which we paid to the stables directly (at the same rate as what the stables would charge if I had booked with them myself), but Komaneka dropped us off at the stables for free. We then rode the horses back to the hotel. They can also help you book reservations at nearby restaurants if you wish.
Food wise, I loved the floating breakfast that we paid extra for. It was a fun experience, a huge spread and pretty yummy (minus the waffles which I did not like). I highly recommend the Balinese porridge on the breakfast menu, it is SUPER yummy. We ate dinner in the restaurant as well and it was good for what is available in that area. You can ask if they can make some of the local options non-spicy, like I did. They also serve a yummy complimentary afternoon tea.
I highly recommend Komaneka at Keramas to really relax and disconnect over a few days.
There is really nothing much to do in Keramas. You cannot walk out to the main road from the hotel as it is very far. It is probably best for people who intend to just stay in their villa or on the hotel grounds to relax and enjoy it, which is exactly why I booked it.
The TV did not work (we assume a poor signal led to it all the channels being fuzzy) but it did not bother us so we did not tell reception about it.

Everything about this stay was absolutely amazing! Every detail was addressed to make our stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. The villa was completely and utterly private with a stunning view. It was spacious and the pool was large and beautiful. The staff were so kind and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile. Yuni stayed in contact with me everyday to ensure all my meets were met. The property itself was so nice to explore, especially being directly on the beach, it was almost like having it all. The restaurant was exquisite. This stay was hands down my favourite amongst all my stays at Bali. It was truly a wonderful experience and I have nothing to fault. Thank you my Komaneka family. Cannot wait to visit again in the future.

Absolutely everything about Komaneka at Keramas is perfect. The most beautiful villa, pool, spa, and restaurant - and wonderful staff and service. We loved it so much we cancelled our plans and rebooked so we could spend the last part of our holiday in Bali here.
N/a - everything was perfect.
