Accueil de l’assistant au pair, , la pièce dédiée à la musique, le petit déjeuner.
Peu d’espace dans la chambre et la salle de bain, beaucoup d’escalier pr les valises.

Bridget is charming. Know what to expect before you arrive. This is a home, not a hotel. So it has all the advantages of hanging out in someone's house. Bridget, the owner, is multi-talented and a joy to visit with.

I loved the atmosphere, the house was full of character and life. Everyone was friendly and we had some good conversations. The room had lots of storage, good lighting and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but clean and uncluttered. Bridget had good advice on where to visit, and she told me about a great little walk starting right outside. Meals - breakfast and dinner - were fantastic!
The rain! Not exactly their fault!!

We stayed at Rongahuset BnB on our way to Bergen by chance because the road was closed. Staying in traditional house build 100 years ago with a family living there was a new and unique experience for us. The bed was very comfortable, the food home-made and tasty, and talk to Bridget very interesting and illuminative.

Incredible, cozy and stylish place to stay. The room are clean and spacious. There is everything necessary for living. Brigit is a very responsible and friendly host, she explained everything that we needed. It was one of the best stops in Norway.
Nice host, can talk with local people

Lovely big house and a welcoming family in a quiet little town not far off from Voss. Great big breakfast provided with a good variety of food and drinks by the host and her extremely polite girls. The shoe warmer was an excellent addition after my boots got soaked on a snowy hike and also appreciated the heater rack in the bathroom which kept the room well warmed and could also dry my wet clothes after snowboarding at the nearby Voss Resort.
The first evening there was some screaming and shouting within the host’s family which was quite uncomfortable to listen to. The common areas were a bit cold compared to the pleasant warmth of my room.

The host, Bridget was very hospitable throughout our stay. She is also a great cook and prepared sumptuous dinner for us. Would recommend anyone staying to have dinner in their house at a very affordable price.

The Breakfast at Rongahuset was amazing, fresh baked bread, fresh fruit and a lot of other options. We would highly recommend eating with the host as she is such a passionate cook who loves to make delicous things :)

Very nice atmosphere at a house from the last century. Superb breakfast and possibility to shave dinner with the family for a very reasonable extra price (highly recommended!!!)
Bridget is super nice as well as the people who work with her.
As the house is 99 year-old, be aware of possible noises of creaking wooden planks below other guests’ feet.

it is a lovely place to stay! It is convenient when you are traveling to Voss. The train station just within 4mins walks. You can chat with the lovely families and other travellers. They are very friendly. I really enjoyed the atmosphere there. An unforgettable traveling experience.

I had a great time at Rongahuset BnB. Bridget was a great host. The communication was super easy and she was very accommodating. I had met some of her children, who live in the house. We had diner together and breakfast. I could use the kitchen without any problem. I was fortunate to have the room with the newly renovated private bathroom. The room and bathroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was a pleasure staying with Bridget and her family. I would go back again. Thank you.
I liked everything.

Bridget and her family have been wonderful hosts, also providing delicious breakfast and even dinner on request. Even some toys for our kids :) Very friendly atmosphere where you can meet other travelers and share meals all together. If you like more personal experiences than hotels, don't hesitate. The house is big, the rooms are cozy and the location is conveniently close to Voss and Bergen.
Thank you very much, we'll do it again if we come back to Norway!
All good!

We had to wait a bit to get to our room but this is only because they put in the effort to make it perfect!

Wonderful host, cute family and decent bed and breakfast with all the necessary amenities. The vegetarian dinner and breakfast were amazing - highly recommend it. It was 'koselig' to share the meal with the family. Evanger is a pretty village/town.
