Amazing experience, full care and kindness

Hotel staff was realy very helpful, they helped us with arrangement trip to Longsheng Rice Tarraces, transfer to the train station and always when we had problem - they recommended us solution. I think we asked for help too often, yet we were always happy to get it. The rooms were very clean with a nice view. The food in the restaurant was very good, you could eat Chinese food as well as Western or vegetarian food! At the end we were even given packed sandwiches to take away for the journey. We had a free shuttle bus to the centre. We also hired an ebike at a good price. Everything was wonderful, I rate every detail a 10!!! If you are a foreigner you will definitely get full care and assistance here!

Комфортно и чьим-то. Отличный завтрак. ОФИГЕНННЫЙ персонал. Девушка на ресепшен говорит по английски. Даёт советы, бронирует билеты. Помогает решить все вопросы. Принимают платежи картой, что приятно. Топ!

Немного далековато от ветра. Но аренда электро скутера решает это.

Eine Insel mit Erholungsfaktor

Das gesamte Personal spricht wirklich sehr gut Englisch was für China wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Der Check In war superschnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Per Wechat kann man mit dem Personal chatten falls es Fragen gibt. Wir haben uns eine Tour zum Sonnenuntergang am Whuzi Hill organisieren lassen, was total unkompliziert war. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, abseits vom Touristentrubel und zu Fuß schnell von der Schiffanlegestelle zu erreichen. Also wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem Hotel. Das Restaurant bietet hervorragendes westliches Essen ( wonach man sich manchmal auf Reisen sehnt ;-) an und ein sehr gutes Frühstück! Man merkt den europäischen Einfluss des Besitzer.

Da gibt es wirklich gar nichts.

Excellent hospitality

The complete team is beyond welcoming, friendly and supportive, they make you feel at home and really support you if there are any issues (like covid test does not show up in health code). The room was nice and clean, loved the big shower. The view from the restaurant is really nice.

The general view from the rooms is ok.

Beautiful location and fantastic rooftop restaurant

Several of my friends enthusiastically recommended The Bamboo Leaf and it did not disappoint. It was conveniently a short walk away from the ferry terminal where we arrived after a four hour boat trip from Guilin. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic and all of the staff members with whom we were interacted were friendly, informative, and eager to help as needed.

Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to swim, otherwise we would have taken advantage of their pool and the beautiful views of Yangshuo. We loved the hotel and wouldn't have changed a thing about our stay. Looking forward to going back someday!

unforgetable experience.

Breakfast was very delicious and there was beautiful view in the restaurant. The bed in the family room is very conformable. All staffs in the restaurant are helpful. They were willing solve all issues during our stay.

Lobby is too warm, maybe a better air conditioner could solve the issue.

For sure i will come next year

One of the most beautiful hotels in yangshuo. Everything was more than fine and we really enjoyed sleeping in this hotel. Also, they have arranged for us a tour (cable car and silver cave) They tried as much as possible to comfort us I mean the hotel staff The staff gave us a tote bag as a gift before leaving and that made us happy

Good

The staff at Bamboo Leaf were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient - from the time of booking to when they arranged our take away food and transport back to the train station at the end of our stay. The view of the karst mountains and surrounding paddy fields was beautiful and tranquil. It was nice to be slightly outside of the main town of Yangshuo while still being close enough to walk there in about 15-20 mins. We booked a great room which had two areas which was ideal with our children so we could all have our own space. Super comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast and a good range on offer from the menu during the day. Would definitely recommend!

Just a small suggestion - Although the breakfast was tasty and had a good range, it would be good to mix up some of the options every few days. I think if you stay more than 3-4 nights you might start to want to try some different dishes - e.g. some different stir fried veggies.

Disappointing

internal of hotel room is decent, in fact, better than most of decent hotel

the location is cheating -- when i reserve hotel, seems it's next to river, that's why i choose it; in fact, it's very far away from river and at a very isolated location in summary, it's NOT worth the money

Superb

Top notch. The staff are all English speaking to a greater or lesser extent. Good breakfast (Chinese/continental/English options, which are actually cooked to order rather than a buffet). There are free bikes (which imo is the best way to explore Yangshuo and the surrouding countryside). The location is very nice. You are on the outskirts of the actual town of Yangshuo, and able to get a little taste of the countryside. Get up at dawn and you'll see farmers working in their fields. The view from the balcony is superb (pic related)

I enjoyed being outside of Yangshuo town (which is a major tourist trap), but the actual location (and the slight complications about getting there) could be made a bit clearer. Bear in mind that Yangshuo high speed rail station is 30KM from Yangshuo itself! Be sure to contact the hotel in advance to arrange your transport. The only actual problem I had was that the wifi was a bit ropey in my bedroom - it worked fine in the bar.

Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly with good English, they explained to us all the attractions and places to visit. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. They also arranged us transportation back to the train station to Guillin. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was lovely. The bathroom was really nice and had a large, separate soaking tub. The rooftop restaurant staff were so nice and the food was great. Location was convenient to West Street but not in the middle of the noise.

Excellent staff with a well put together and clean hotel. this place pretty much has everything you need and more. We loved how they provided us with free extra bottles of water and shuttle service to the town center. Highly recommended and will definitely book again when visiting Yangshuo

the staff were so helpful, literally anything I asked for they obliged. 24/6 support. the restaurant does great food too

the water pressure in the shower isn’t great and the water doesn’t really get that hot.

Very good

Breakfast was buffet style and was good. You were able to request fresh noodles to be cooked.

Some of the breakfast items were cold due to the buffet style nature.

A great base to explore Yangshuo

The hotel is excellent value for money. The breakfast is delicious, the food and drinks in their bar/restaurant were great and so reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We rented bikes with their help - the hotel is in a great location to explore.

A restful base from which to explore beautiful Yangshuo.

Located just a short way from the town centre, this was such a peaceful location. All the staff were so helpful and put our Chinese language skills to shame with their good English. With bikes and mopeds available from the hotel, plus the regular free shuttle bus into town, this is a great spot to explore Yangshuo. The swimming pool is also an added bonus!

We loved everything. My only suggestion for improvements would be to have soy milk available for breakfast (which was otherwise a very tasty simple buffet with options for vegetarians and vegans).

Cozy, relaxed and great value.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and cared environment. Quiet neighborhood. Good breakfast and very good restaurant (mostly western food). The room was very comfortable, new furniture and a very nice bathroom (the bathtub is quite a thing).

Nothing to dislike really. But if we need to suggest: 1- hotel could have a better mini fridge, the one available didn’t quite cooled things on it. 2- provide towels for the pool (pool is good by the way).

China’s most amazing! Bamboo Leaf does everything well. Every single person working there is kind and thoughtful. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the view from the restaurant is unbeatable. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Perfect stay with excellent staff!

- the food at the restaurant was excellent - staff were fantastic and extremely helpful, they even booked trips and travel for us - being able to rent e-bikes from the hotel was ideal - the shuttle to and from the town was excellent when we went out in the evenings

Exceptional

I wanted to stay at The Bamboo Leaf indefinitely but my wife said we had responsibilities at home. Great location, you can get a bicycle or an e-bike at the hotel to go to explore. The swimming pool was great to chill after a day out and the food at the restaurant was the best I have eaten in a very long time! The staff was very friendly and kind and everything was superb clean and cozy! This place is a dream!
