Lovely host!

The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. The villa was very clean and we enjoyed your stay!

The beds and pillows were not as comfortable as home but to be expected when staying away!

Villa no 27 on the estate-would not recommend it

Location and the style of the villa

Poor security Poorly maintained Smelly drains Dirty showers on arrival Broken into whilst asleep, things stolen and were told that security cameras were turned off 'due to privacy reasons', owners and managers not concerned or helpful. Bedrooms and toilet separate from the main living area of the villa, furthering security issues of the property and safely issues for children Non-heated pool, too cold for children to use and want to go in This was Villa no 27,generally disappointing in comparison to 3 other villas we stayed in on the same estate

Pool was lovely but as there was no cover it was very very cold and shabby around the edges. Washing machine was useful.

The whole place needs updating and tidying up, things like the cutlery was rusty, kettle worked intermittently. Just needs a bit of care and tlc.

Nice villa but needs more care and attention.

Location was good. The villa is in a gated complex so is quiet and private. The kitchen is well equipped and the living areas and bedrooms are spacious. There is lots of outdoor space and the pool is nice. When we had problems, the host was helpful and apologetic.

Unfortunately we had numerous issues during our stay. Despite check in being listed as 2pm, we were told we wouldn’t be able to check in until 3pm. We left our luggage and went to have lunch, with the host saying they’d let us know when the villa would be ready. 3pm came and went and we’d still heard nothing. We’d already been given the keys so decided to make our way back to find that indeed it had been cleaned. It was only later when the host remembered to text us. When we went to shower we found there to be an issue with the water. Only a trickle was coming out and what did was cold. We let the host know straight away and they said someone would come and look at it. This didn’t happen. The next morning we woke up to no water at all. Again we messaged the host who said someone would fix it. There was no communication around when this would happen. Fortunately someone did come later that day to fix it. The rest of our stay was going smoothly until on our last day we woke up to find the swimming pool had turned green. This time the issue was resolved quickly and seemed to have occurred due to the pool filters not being on. The aircon didn’t work very well and the safe in the main bedroom didn’t work either. These issues together suggest that the villa isn’t very well maintained. All the issues we faced probably could have been prevented if more care and attention had been taken towards the property. Ultimately our stay did not live up to our expectations; we have had better stays elsewhere for a similar price.

The property was very bright, roomy. It was cleaned to a high standard. It was very well equipped. So comfy, loved chilling on an evening in such comfort. We stayed a week 30th Dec -6th Jan 2019 wish it was longer. The host Natasha was absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend the villa. Thank you so much xx
