Amazing staff

Amazing! Staff was 10/10. clean room. Room service was amazing, fast and good quality. Cleaning was great. I liked the bikes to stroll around ibiza town too.

It was very clean, modern and the evening staff was really friendly and helpful.
Got absolutely NO sleep! Going to Ibiza one expects a late night- but you do not expect to feel like your trying to sleep in the middle of a club. The noise was unbearable! We stayed on the first floor above the entrance in a little box of a room and with the noisy it really felt like we were stuck in the back room of a club with a party raging 2 feet away! Very disappointing especially given the cost of the place.
Moving on to check out - we had to leave early for the airport- got to check out and reception asked us to pay for a bottle of wine we did not drink! We explained repeatedly that it was not us and all we had were the 2 welcome drinks offered when we arrived (Cola’s) - we didn’t even open the “complimentary” water in the room. The receptionist finally said ok. We left the hotel and waited for a taxi - guy comes running out tells us again we must have drank the wine - perhaps ordered from the bar - we told him AGAIN we did not touch anything in the bar - not even the minibar. He started to walk away and then jumped around asking if our stay was good and if we enjoyed it! Could not believe it. Just stared, and nodded straight faced. At least the taxi arrived soon after.
At least the matter was settled and they did not charge us for the wine.
I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel if you expect to sleep.

The design of the hotel, both the lobby and the room is great. I feel there was a lot of intention put into the copywriting, restaurant menus, etc. since there is a witty personality to the hotel. The location for first time Ibiza visitors is great since we didn't have a car, but could easily get a taxi, walk to the Ibiza town, and generally get by quite well. The staff was pretty nice for the most part and attended to most of our needs. The noise level was very reasonable given its Ibiza. I really didn't hear my neighbors at all. The food at the hotel is surprisingly good and I found the concierges all to be extremely helpful. Also, being able to walk to Pacha was pretty cool lol.
I felt for the price that I would get a bigger room. Overall, we felt a bit cramped when getting ready and walking around the room. However, it was still pretty comfortable. I was expecting a hotel like this to have more facilities, specifically a gym, yoga classes, etc. since they advertised a good bit of programming on their website. While I had a good time, it did feel I was overpaying for the caliber of the property we were staying at since apart from the pool there was really not much the hotel offered beyond the room.

The staff were fantastic - incredibly nice and helpful. I had stayed before, a year ago, and remembered the good service. The room was really comfortable and the food and drinks were great, as was the service.
The only minor complaint was that the fridge didn't work in the room, otherwise everything was great.
4.5
really lovely hotel with the super convenient strategic location in Ibiza marina with plenty of restaurants just a short stroll away. Old town is also in a walkable distance and it you have a car it’s very easy to move around too! the staff goes an eeeeextra mile to make sure you are comfortable and have all you need. everyone is super lovely, helpful and can be reached around the clock!
the swimming pool is quite tiny so if you are looking to stay by the pool all day you’ll probably be disappointed but if you are looking to explore the island it’s a perfect place!

Great position near the old town, friendly staff and great buzz in the evening
Poor value for money, our room was £1000 per night and didn't come with breakfast, we had to upgrade on top of that to get a room that was big enough for 2 friends to share. Rooms poorly designed

The smallest room I've ever booked in my life. Almost 1000 eur per day ti stay in a room similar to the House doll.
One of the worst experience in my travel life.
