We were there last year so we knew the location. The bedroom is on the other side looking into a backyard so no traffic noise from the occasional car that goes up and down to Saint-Romains other part. Since we bought a lot of things from the Beaune market we didn't need the breakfast option though we read it's usually great with local products. The property has everything you need the kitchen is well stocked as the bathroom. There is no direct parking in front of the house(too small street) but there is a parking possibility near the house, and a little walking never hurts.
We really couldn't find anything we didn't like about the property.

An amazing appartment in St Romain! We loved everything about our stay here; such a comfotable room! And the place is decorated with a lot of attention to all the details. Very good bed, great bathroom (with a very big shower) and a good kitchen so you can cook if you want. And the host is so very friendly! Absolutely recommended.
Nothing about the place, it is really perfect! Only we were here in de low season and the brasserie nearby was only open one of the days we were there. So inform yourself when you go there to see if something is open. Many places nearby, but it means you will have to drive there.

Nice quiet small street, Very cozy house, rustical on the outside, very well equipped on the inside. if not for the cars and tractors one would say ,time stood still in this village. Wine tasting opportunities in every possible direction,A coffee brewer/roaster right on the street.

A stunning property in a quiet little village. We loved everything! We have stayed in the area many times and this was at the top of our experiences.

We have stayed many 100s' of night in all types of accommodations. 10 ratings are handed out too frequently these days.
So this place would be 9.5 for me. Rounded up to 10 (Booking.com how a about 1 decimal?)

If anything can be called perfect then this is it. The village is superb, the house was immaculate and had everything one could ask for. We had breakfast provided, brought in each morning and it often served us for lunch as well. There is very good outdoor space with a marvellous village and vines Burgundian view. The village has no shops (other than wine) but Meursault, a gorgeous ten minute drive away has excellent food shopping (and wine).
Nothing was short of excellent

The property is in a beautiful tiny village in a lovely valley, surrounded by vineyards. You can walk up to a beautiful viewpoint and a wonderful winery (Alain Gras), where Aline organised a tasting for us. It was totally in French but the wine was wonderful! Aline was a great host - really helpful on all fronts.
The big apartment is a great space; however the kitchen is very small if you planned to cook meals as we did eg. No oven and pans don’t have lids. We still made some delicious meals so just a note to be aware!

Very high-grade equiped appartment in calm area.
Pictures suggest that outdoor area / terrace would be available. This is only the case for the 150qm appartment.
One day before arrival, we received an email informing us that we wouldn´t have an outdoor area. They just want to give us a head up. One day before arrival in high season, we didn´t found alternatives and were of course very frustrated. Interesting point is that if you read reviews carefully, the missing but suggested outdoor area has already been critisized by other users before. We stayed five days and the owner proposed us to use the outdoor area of the other house on day 4 and 5 - for 20 €extra per day!!! We complained on day 3 again and the result was that the owner asked us to leave (with fully refund of the rental). At the end, we stayed as we didn´t we found alternatives (w/o using outdoor area for extra money...). Owner should split the advertisement. Communication and transparency wasn´t satisfying.
