This property lives up to it's "charming" description. Located in the Prospect New Town development of Longmont, CO., which has it's own charm, this room above the carriage house is darling! We were greeted with fresh flowers and a basket of snack items-a welcome greeting after 8 hrs of driving. The neighborhood is quiet and restful and parking was never an issue. It's located close to downtown Longmont, (about an 8 min drive) and wonderful restaurants. Plentiful hot water, a perfectly sized kitchen, and room to spread out. Whether you are visiting for work or play, we highly recommend this location. We will plan to stay here again.

First time using VRBO and this host made sure it won’t be our last. We were pleased with our 3 night stay due to everything being in place as advertised. The host was very patient and quickly responded, answering all my questions. The neighborhood is bright with colorful houses, beautiful landscaping and friendly neighbor's.

We had a wonderful stay with Caren and David at their lovely home in the Prospect neighborhood of Longmont. Caren and David were warm, gracious hosts who went above and beyond accomodating our e-bikes and sharing their private studio apartment, beautiful gardens and insights into a truly unique neighborhood. If you like architecture and urban design, this is the place! Wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, parks and a French bakery within easy walking distance. A perfect stay!!

Cute studio apartment with plenty of room for 2. Caren is a great host and the place was well stocked with all that you could need. As others have said, cozy, comfortable and clean. Longmont is a great area to stay and a short drive to the surrounding towns. Will definitely look to stay again the next time we are in the Longmont area. Thank you so much Caren!

Our stay at the Charming Carriage House was wonderful. We were in town to visit family and we could walk to see them from the Carriage House. The interior was cozy, clean and comfortable. The little gas stove made the night time so magical. We will definitely be back. We all feel refreshed!

My wife and I had a great stay at this carriage house apartment. The furniture is very comfortable and the apartment is extremely clean. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and visiting some of the local restaurants. We would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for accommodations near Longmont!

My 8 yo daughter and I stayed while visiting family that is moving to the area. The location was perfectly situated to surrounding towns and local eateries and events. The carriage house was adorable and extremely clean and comfortable. Our host was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend.

Had such a great time during out stay. New Prospect was an up and coming spot with a very trendy coffee shop (Cavegirl), bakery (Babette's) and more. We really enjoyed walking around and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Such great hosts and an incredibly clean/cozy property. We were even given some great recommendations and had a nice chat about sights and spots to check out to add to our trip (thank you!) Would love to come back again. -Miranda & Matt

This may be the best value I have ever received for any rental. Attention to detail, friendly and helpful hosts, spotless with everything one could want from a hospitality standpoint. Value exceeded price by far in a unique setting minutes from everything. If we are in the area again this will be my first search for 2 people. Can accommodate more but perfect for 2. 5 Stars plus!

Thank you David and Caren for your hospitality. Your place was amazing - clean, comfortable, with all the amenities anyone could ask for. During the hot summer days the space stayed cool and the garden offered some much needed shade after our long days in the sun. Folks looking to stay in Longmont, do not pass up this gem of a couple hosting the best accommodations the area has to offer.

The delightfully appointed property was above a garage in a lovely garden setting. Decorated in cottage style with many interesting collections it showed great attention to detail and comfort. The hosts were very considerate, kind and friendly. It was a great stay and we'd return in a heartbeat.

This is the second time I have stayed at this VRBO. It is well cared for, in a beautiful neighborhood, and the hosts could not have been more accommodating. It is a perfect place whether or not you have reason to be in Longmont or Boulder. For a studio apartment it couldn't be more well organized and it feels a lot bigger than it is. I had everything I needed and was very happy during my two week stay. I highly recommend staying here.

lovely and clean carriage house. would be a great stay for one or two adults. this property is not a great fit for families with small children. there are gates that need to be opened/closed each time you access the property. this is difficult with small kiddos. the stairs to access the carriage house are pretty steep/long so carrying little ones up and down would be tough.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay to get the real "life in Colorado" experience, this is the perfect spot! This beautiful loft is located in an incredibly gorgeous neighborhood located within walking distance of great food and coffee. The host was extremely helpful at all points throughout the trip, and even went so far as to mail us a forgotten item! We will absolutely be staying here again anytime we are in the Colorado area. Located around 45 mins from DEN airport, and 18 mins from Boulder! 1000% Recommended!
