Perfect service in a quiet neighbourhood

The staff gave an excellent service. They were always happy to help us with anything we needed. The room was also comfortable and it was in a very quiet neighbourhood. I will choose Zaza Stay whenever I am in Delhi.

I really have no complaints at all.

A break in chaotic Delhi

Nice guesthouse, with really nice and clean rooms. In a quiet are (Delhi standards). The staff was friendly and attend with worry to your needs.

Only the airport pickup didn’t go well, but it was taxi driver fault and not from the staff of Zaza. The breakfast could improve.

Rien vraiment . Simplement il faisait très froid à Delhi et les équipements ne sont pas complètement adaptés mais il y a eu la possibilité de chauffer la chambre.. donc pas très grave

An oasis of calmness.

Loved every moment of the stay at Zaza’s. The manager and Staff are all very friendly, helpful and serviceminded. The location is good and peaceful, very close to several historical sights. The rooms are functional and cosy, good size, all the needs of the traveller is there, and proper preasure in the shower incl. hot water ofcourse. Commons and overall the property has a very cosy feel and beautifully decorated with Indian heritage and a modern urban feel. Its a calm oasis in a otherwise crazy city. Will be back.

Delightful stay in a pleasant hotel

The area is quiet and in a good location for Humayuns tomb which is just a 15 minute walk and the railway station which is 10 minutes by taxi. The room was clean, the bed comfortable the food delicious and the staff were very helpful especially in helping me confirm my train journey to Agra , we enjoyed our stay here.

Convenient and good value for a couple of nights

Lovely room with spacious balcony. Reasonably quiet at night. Good breakfast and very attentive staff.

Was very near to a raised highway which was noisy in the evening.

La decoración y el estilo del alojamiento, la paz del lugar, ideal para descansar en Delhi (un oasis en medio del caos) y la ubicación (cerca de la Tumba de Humayun). El desayuno fantástico y el personal muy amable y facilitador.

Lo único negativo es que es difícil de localizar, no está señalizado y la calle tiene poca luz por la noche.

Nice location but overpriced

Friendly staff, good and quiet location. I had some problem with the SIM card and they helped me! Very sweet

The mattress were very stiff, the breakfast options are limited, the room had a very intense sewer smell (probably coming from outside) that make the offer overpriced

Mixed feelings

The decor. Ambience. The very helpful staff. Breakfasts. Dinner at night. Guest's lounge room. Morning newspapers. The clean spacious room and bathroom. rivate balcony. Proximity to Lodhi Gardens, Khan Market etc. Other guests.

Our room faced an elevated motorway with cotinuous sound of traffic. There were very bad smells wafting into our room from outside from time to time.

A lovely place to stay in Delhi, staff were friendly, communicative and the room was delightful.

Location is in a leafy Delhi suburb about 40 minutes away from the airport - well worth the trip. The rooms are lovely, they have wonderful bespoke art in each room and everything is provided such as drinking water, wifi password etc. I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi and this was done and I was picked up and dropped off by a lovely driver with no hassles whatsoever. As a solo female traveler, this was a great choice. A wonderful breakfast is included in the nightly rate. Couldn't ask for more!!

Exceptional

The staff here are super helpful and amazing! Loved the sound of the birds in the morning, inside the hustle and bustle of Delhi, to find such a quaint lovely space that feels like home is a rare find! We were tired of eating outside and the home food here is literally home, loved the pakodas ! Will definitely be back !

Best accommodation booked during 2 weeks in India

We had an excellent stay at Zaza, which exceeded our expectation. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful bathroom and stunning balcony. The decoration from the lounge to the room was gorgeous, western style, looks like a mini art museum. Breakfast was superb. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Mr. Manoj is very kind and responsive, excellent service. Location: near railway station but still quiet, chilling with many trees around. Would highly recommend for anyone plan to visit Delhi.

Very comfortable stay

Very calm and comfy stay in the center of New Dehli. The staff was very helpful and professional.

Beautiful room and the staff was very attentive to all my questions/needs. This hotel is the best during my 6 weeks of traveling through Asia, A pleasant surprise!

Location can be better

Size of the room is great and nice staff.

Mosquitoes in the room! Even after a request for spraying, we had plenty at night. Location is hard for transport. Uber is possible. You can walk to other side of river easily to find some nice restaurants for breakfast and find a metro a bit further.

Quiet and romantic place

Very clean and spacious room. Beautiful bathroom and nice balcony. We liked the authentic furniture. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We recommend this place if you want to stay near Humayun’s Tombe.

Large room and bad. Good bed and air-conditioning. Well maintained.

The balcony room doesn't have a lot of sunlight. No issue of the Hotel, just info - we've been there in April and had crazy huge amount of mosquitoes after sunset.

Best place we've stayed in India!

We stayed for 2 nights in Zaza Stay during our transit in Delhi. It was such a lovely, quaint set up, we absolutely loved everything about it. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The paintings and the interior design gives an amazing vibe to the place. The breakfast was also lovely and we would definitely be back again when we visit Delhi next.

A very nice third stay

Our third stay at this hotel. Staff is very helpful. Location is calm and peaceful for busy Delhi and yet walking distance to Houmayon Tomb. Room is nicely decorated. We like our room on the first floor. Breakfast is good too

There is a kettle in the communal area, we would prefer one in our room so that we could make our tea easily and to use boiled water (instead of filtered water) for brushing teeth

This place is charming, artistic, comfortable, convenient, great value and excellent service.

Everything in this hotel was art - beautiful art pieces and artfully decorated. Full of the character of India. All rooms were beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great bathroom! The staff was very very supportive with luggage, food, taxis, etc. it was our favorite hotel during our month in India.

No rooms with two beds were available.

Quiet neighborhood homestay in a great area

The location is a great jumping off point for Humayun's Tomb, Lodhi Gardens, and South Delhi. The rooms were very large, and ours even had our own large, private patio. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, which was super interesting to contrast with the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of Delhi.

A nice calm place to stay in the busy Delhi

The staff has been ultra helpful and quick to respond too. Location: quite central but in a nice safe quiet residential area. Room is spacious and nice. Very happy to stay here again
