Meget skuffende oplevelse. Ville aldrig anbefale det.

God placering med direkte adgang til stranden.

Poolen kostede ekstra at bruge, hvilket vi ikke følte havde været nemt at gennemskue før vi bookede. Hotellet lå meget langt uden for byen og det krævede en Tuktuk at komme frem og tilbage. Restauranten var lukket grundet helligdag, hvilket ikke var oplyst nogen steder og ikke var noget vi havde oplevet på andre hoteller. Morgenmaden blev serveret kold i en plastikbakke, som vi selv skulle hente i receptionen. Alt i alt en skuffende oplevelse. Vi anmodede om at checke ud en dag tidligere, da vi ikke på nogen måde følte at hotellet levede op til vores forventinger - dette ville de ikke imødekomme og vi endte derfor med at betale for en ekstra overnatning, selvom vi ikke benyttede os af den. Hotellets indretning i deres fællesarealer var ikke særlig indbydende til brug af ro og fred, grundet meget farverigt, blikende lys, samt bliver man møde af flere gøende hunde i små burer som hotellet ejer og blot luftes få gange om dagen og i midten af gæsternes fællesareal. Personalet var meget blandet ift. hjælpsomhed og virkede meget irriterede, samt meget svært at kommunikere med da mange af dem ikke kunne engelsk.

Good for 1-2 nights of staying in Oslob

Very nice garden space, room was clean and had everything needed in terms of amenities. Friendly staff. Amazing view of the beach!

Some parts of the room could use maintenance, like cleaning of cloths and repainting of walls just to match the beauty of the outside area. Not part of room but they had several dogs, some quite large that were constantly kept in cages. On the day I left they had even defecated in their cages next to their bowl which no one cleaned and they had no water. Not sure if this is always the case but this was terrible to see.

Habitación cómoda y limpia

La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda. Las vistas de la playa y del jardín son bonitas. Mi habitación estaba recién renovada (pink room). Puedes rellenar tu botella con agua fría para generar menos plástico y también tienen agua caliente para hacer té o noodles.

Se escucha mucho al personal por la mañana temprano mientras hacen sus tareas de limpiar. La habitación de al lado (red room) necesita una nueva capa de pintura porque tenía muchos desconchados. El hotel está en otra población más al norte de Oslob llamada Nueva Cáceres, por lo que para ir a restaurantes, cajero ATM o cualquier otra cosa, necesitas ir en un triciclo por 10 minutos, aunque es muy barato (menos de 1€ por trayecto), y por la carretera de enfrente del hotel pasa alguno cada poco tiempo.

Do not stay here. Dirty and broken.

The bathrooms did not work - the showers didn’t work at all, the tap in the bathroom didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush. There were dogs in cages right next to the room who barked all night. Huge spider in the bedroom. Dirty mattress against the wall. Far out of town. Air conditioner was so noisy and didn’t cool the room.

Propre et calme

Le joli jardin. Le calme, excepté le bruit des voisins au dessus de notre chambre que nous entendions. La gentillesse des hôtes. Le bruit des vagues. La propreté des espaces communs (les rares fois où il y avait des excréments de chats dans le jardin, c'était rapidement nettoyé). L'eau potable et le café à disposition.

Les chiens en cage à l'entrée de l'hôtel, car ils sont enfermés H24 (c'est assez triste pour eux..), et l'odeur très forte d'urine à chaque fois que l'on passe devant... alors que l'on voit bien que le ménage est fait, l'odeur persiste. La situation géographique : assez loin du centre, pas de restaurants proches. Nous avions un scooter donc ce n'était pas un problème pour nous (deux agences de location de scooter qui peuvent livrer le scooter à l'hôtel pour un petit supplément). L'accès à la plage c'est chouette, mais en fonction des marées il faut aller assez loin pour nager, et de plus ce n'est pas intéressant au niveau snorkeling.

Highly recommend

friendly staff especially ate mylene who did extra mile of service , thanks for the upgrade , our room was amazing with pool view and seaview , we enjoyed the karaoke. Bbq grill is just right next to our room . Fish market , Gaisano supermarket , and 7-eleven are just 8mins drive from the property.

Health hazard

Guide was friendly and helpful. At the sea side and with small park.

It was extremely dirty! There was a skull and bones of a dead (!) goat underneath our table, hidden by the tablecloth. This is really an unacceptable health hazard! In addition food leftovers were floating in the pool. Moreover the bathroom was dirty on arrival, towles, sheets and blankets were full of stains. The location displayed in booking is not the real location of the place, which is further up north. Bad Wifi.

Underrated Brilliant place.

Staff went above and beyond, were polite and well priced, and comfortable and good air con great for just walking into the sea was wonderful and fresh showers when you come out also fresh water pool small but very clean also around 20 pasos per person to the nearest mall by trycial and this wonderful place provides all cooking facilities stove pots and pans just buy your food and cook away nice and bright and karaoke nice that they were nice generally music stopped by 11pm so was nice all in all plesent stay don't judge it by western standards 2*. For personality and location and pleasant people and stay 10*

Miles from anywhere

The place is very attractive with nice garden, beach and pool. Staff are very helpful. Pent house room is large and modern with good sea view.

The location is far from town (location shown on booking.com is miles out!) Nearest restaurant is mile away. NO FOOD provided at hotel. Road can be very noisy even at night.

Superb

Staff very attentive and helpful. The room was right up against the water with beautiful balcony and views. The inner area filled with plants and play area for kids. Great shower.

Average stay

Nice pool and a great private beach. Wifi was working, hot water with a good pressure and AC was working. No noise, quite place to relax, nice garden. The manager (man) was very helpful and nice. It was quite far from the city center (on the booking website was 900m, but it was 10 mins drive (my mistake, should check the map properly). 30 mins to the whale watching (the road is terrible, be prepared). There was nothing arround the place (restaurants, coffee). Overall it was average outdated room, I definitely stayed in better places for less money.

The Pink room was quite outdated, looks better in the picture. Bathroom could be cleaner, there were so many unnecessary stuff (dirty old cups, vase, etc.). There was just one thin sheet which was quite annoying. There were dogs in cages, I have quite mixed feelings about it as I dont find it friendly at all. The lady at the reception was odd to me, seemed annoyed and even judged me.

The staff went above and beyond their jobs and one of them even went to town to help me.get slippers. That is next level hospitality. They also allowed us to change our rooms so that we stay on the top floor with fantastic terrace that is right on the beach. Thank you L&M Hearthstones!

Property was well kept and rooms were big. Overall atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Location was great and view was really nice. We enjoyed our stay.

KUDOS! The place is very perfect!

I like everything from the staffs are very friendly and approachable. The place is so beautiful and breath taking I love to come back here with my family especially my son. One thing that want me to come back is the place is very keen wnd strict with health protocol, the room where I am staying or the place is very organized. I highly recommend this place to everybody who wishes to escape stress. I love you guys.

The Best Long Vacation 😊

1. Health protocols - they follow the appropriate safety health measures and took their time to disinfect our travel bags when we arrived. In each room, there is a basket field with alcohol spray and hand sanitizer. 2. Location - very accessible to the beach, church, mall and stores. 3. Environment - peaceful and very private. It feels like home ❤ 4. Owner and staff - very accommodating and friendly. They will cater to your needs and the owner is very friendly. 5. Food - we have the option to cook our own food, and get to use their cooking utensils and gas stove at a reasonable charge. They also placed a hot and cold water dispenser for everybody's use

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The beach was so nice and the rooms are clean. They really followed health protocol. The staffs are great and we were able to store our leftover food in their fridge with no additional cost. So far it was a great experience. We only encountered problem when we checked out.

At 11:30am, we informed one of their staff that we already took all our things and to check us out. We just stayed in one of their free tables so my kids can still enjoy the pool. so we expected that they already checked the room if there's any missing items or whatnot. However, they only checked the room when we were about to go home at 2pm and to our surprise, there was one missing towel. If they could have checked the room when we said we already checked out at 12, we could have looked for that missing towel. Since we didn't have much time then, we didn't have a choice but to pay for it.
