what was not to like, opulent feel right from the front entrance and continued all the way through to the apartment fully self contained with everything you need with the facilities of a hotel nice touch were the automated curtains, gave a really luxurious feel

I felt the restaurant menu let it down a bit. I ordered the nasi goreng and wasn’t really thrilled with it, a little disappointing given the menu is promoted as being authentic.

Good location close to the airport

It was very close to the airport, and the staff were very friendly and helpful

I have a comment about the room. I mentioned that the shower was leaking water into the floor. The ground was wet all the time, and the door wouldn't shut for the shower. This is the reason for the bad odor on the floor. So every time I use the toilet, I have to step on the water there.

The 2 bedroom suite was the perfect option for travelling with my daughter.

Very convenient location for the airport. We enjoyed being able to watch the planes from the roof terrace. The pool was lovely.

I can't think of anything that could be improved.

Great place to stay near the airport

The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was quite spacious with a small kitchen and lounge area. There are a lot of windows which was nice and having the night blinds were good to make the room dark. The restaurant was great, the staff were very friendly and capable, the food was good. The hotel is fairly close to the airport which makes for a quick transfer after landing.

We couldn't open the window so the room was a little bit stuffy. We put the air conditioner on to cool the room and then it wasn't too bad.

It’s new, the beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, all facilities are there including a kitchen and laundry facilities and has a balcony

Great location & Facilities

Great location, well presented rooms and facilities. Amazing rooftop bar with views to the airport. The rooms had good Automation and a nice sized balcony.

I was amazed everything in the hotel closed at 10pm. We were in town for 1 day and invited friends. We met at the rooftop bar but staff said we had to leave the area by 1pm as she had to go to uni in the morning. There was nowhere else to go in the hotel. The restaurant on the ground floor was basic. We invited people again for breakfast and the selection was limited. I asked for what I thought would be a standard "Arvo on Toast" and was told it was not available. Instead I ordered toast, a side order of Avacardo and a poached egg and made it myself. I assume the staff are not experienced and did not know how to work outside the box.

We came for a wedding held early afternoon. Staff is able to let us early check-in at 1130am which is so helpful to us. We also love the indoor heated swimming pool.

Excellent facilities and staff and great place to stay if you are arriving internationally and want a short stay in Syd

Really helpful staff, great service, great leisure facilities, comfortable beds, good bathrooms and kitchen facilities

Limited bar facilities after 10.00 pm, second stay in more expensive room was disappointing as the larger suite appeared not used and could do with a refresh

The property was close to the airport and the pool was nice and large.

No bathtub in the bathroom and for some reason we were given a disabled room so water went everywhere in the shower because there was no step to get in and it just level with the floor.

Exceptional

The one bedroom unit are large. Great to have in-room laundry facilities, a full-functional kitchen, very clean, large balcony space, etc. Very good value for money, plus extremely close to the airport!

The food was a little expensive but good quality! Be prepared to pay a little bit more but you won't be disappointed. I've stayed here twice and both times my flight was prior to the 1st complimentary shuttle bus.

Spacious. Good location.

Dirty smudgy cutlery, had to be rewashed. After checking out, deducted a damage fee for an ironing board that was apparently damaged somehow. didn't notify me of any damage issue, didn't ask for my perspective, deducted the amount from my card without notification. No invoice or fee summary was sent to me, no indication at all of this deduction from my account. When I called to enquire about this undisclosed fee, front staff said they would call back, but did not. I had to physically go back to the hotel to have this bogus fee reversed.

I like the location it was convenient and had washers and driers inside the room so could go swimming before an early flight next day.

I had already bought the entire hotel stay on booking.com but yet still charged me a holding fee of $100 I was not aware of.

Amazing stay!

Everything! Big suite, large comfortable bed, big shower. Very clean modern room. Great facilities. Amazing buffet breakfast! Good value for money. Good staff. Great location.
