The stay was great they excededed my expectations

It was a great experience, the service level was outstanding, the staff goes out if their way to take care of anything you need. Food quality and taste was very good in all restaurants.

Ok but definitely not worth the price

The staff is very attentive. And the butler was super helpful with any issues or questions we had.

The food is ok but not special. The drinks are also not particularly special either making me think I was in college with the mixed drink selection and taste. There were not nearly enough umbrellas making it impossible to find a shady spot to sit at the pool, which should never even be a thought at this price point. The app which is used to book the required dinner reservations is basically unusable and reservations are very hard to get even though the restaurants are only half full. I would not come back to this property even with a deep discount.

Incredibly overpriced for a tacky “not at all”-all-inclusive spa hotel.

Unfortunately not much.

The hotel is not at all-inclusive. Due to the Palace Elite membership programme they run on the side (by the way, which is not mentioned anywhere on their website or on Booking.com), we had limited access to facilities and services, which incurred extra cost. We were nickelled-and-dimed throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were offered hotel credits for attending a 90 minute presentation about their membership programme and was asked to sign up for things during check-out so that we would revisit Le Blanc in the near future. In short, it was overall very tacky place and not relaxing at all for a five-star spa resort! Absolutely ridiculous.

The way I was treated by all the staff was fantastic. Frinch restraunt sucked for Kicking me out!

I loved the warm welcome when I first arrived at the property. I LOVED the butter (Scarlet) that took care of me during my five day stay. The food was great!

PRICE! What to high! Next was when I walked out to the pool and all the lounge chairs facing the ocean was taken and then when I found a chair right beside the swim up bar and laid down (no one was on that side in any of the chairs) I was told be the staff to get out of that area because it was reserved for Diamond members ONLY! I paid $1,000 a NIGHT for my room and now I felt like I was nothing more than common trash at your resort. At $1,000 USD a night at your hotel if someone checks in you need to put a wrist ban on them that is the same as what the Diamond Members wear.

Beautiful resort / shame about the timeshare pitch

Beautiful new property, exceptionally clean, great gym, food reasonable for a resort, great service by restaurant and pool staff and the butler was very warm and helpful.

The timeshare pitch by Connie at check in was far too much and far too pushy. It really dampened what was, until that point, a relaxing check in experience. I had to insist that I be allowed to go to my room three times - this to me was unacceptable for a 5 star resort that we paid a reasonable amount of money to stay at. On balance, because of the plethora of available resorts we personally wouldn’t stay again because of this.

I loved absolutely everything from the time of checkin to checkout Le Blanc captures every detail for your stay to be exceptional. Words can’t describe the stars I wish I can offer this resort. The price you pay is worth every dollar; don’t worry about the cost because the experience is worth $1 million.

Beautiful landscaping, many areas to sit and lounge, very clean and excellent food.
