Great overnight stay

Excellent location and very comfortable room. Although backs on a pub/hotel, it was reasonably quiet at night so could sleep very well.

The mini fridge was very small and could have been more useful with a larger freezer section. Parking is pretty much limited to street parking (but staff were very helpful in suggesting where to park noting security cameras)

good place to spend one night if not many options

the room is clean tidy, and serviced every day.

Room is located at the busiest street of the city with the window facing the street and inside of a busy PUB with live music going up to 1AM. Pub customer were fighting on the street just in front of our window. and Hotel Staff were taking breaks and talking very loud at our door after 11 PM

Great location, basic needs covered.

The location was ideal for walking and accessing boating etc.

It was a little too noisy on the first night. The second night was better. Being the Easter Long Weekend we were fortunate to be able to get a room so beggars can't be choosers.

A really good budget stayover.

We love the Tea Gardens pub! Room was lovely. Always clean & warm.

The bathroom is really small, but everything works.

Locality, surprisingly quiet for being within pub

Seemed clean and fresh, lovely linen. Unfortunately few tiny cripy crawlings around.

Convenient but at a cost

The location next to the Myall River is excellent. The bistro was good although a trifle understaffed like everywhere else at the moment. The bar staff were very good, attentive but not hurried. There are several cafes nearby.

The door to the room jammed. Turned out to be the lock. They said they would send somebody with a can of WD40 but a new lock was the real solution. The bathroom could have been cleaned better.

We loved the area and want to come back to stay longer.

Handy spot where we could walk to everything we needed. Very pretty on the esplanade.

The rooms were so light we had trouble sleeping. Blinds would be good.

The pizza was not good! Burnt, hardly any topping
