The view from the room is spectacular :-)

Practical hotel, just all we need: beautiful view, clean, affordable, uncomplicated, well designed, modern, good food & good location, easy to reach. We will come back.
Nothing I did not like, but since you ask for improvements: room's air was too dry for my skin and nostrils; more pillows will be great, perhaps add a little desk for workcation? e.g. desk on the bed.

The views from my room were fantastic
The property and it’s room we’re way below average considering the amount paid. The staff were also unhelpful as well. The room lacked the basic equipment such as a phone, working television, a kettle for boiling water and working air conditioning.

Location is perfect. Easy access, bus stop in front of the hotel. Online self check-in, very simple. Not at the center of Lenzerheide. In a calm place (even with a roadway next to it) with the lake view from the window. Few minutes walking from the Rothornbahn. Considering the general issues with snow in Lenzerheide this time, this part of resort was less affected, as well as Arosa and since this part is connected with Arosa on skies this made the choice of Revier ideal. The bar/restaurant is great. Menu is not big but food is very good. Wednesday "ribsday" is a fest of meat for those who like it. The "gang" is young and positive.
Maybe I am just that sensitive, but the air in the room was too dry to my taste.

location and the hotel has a nice minimal touch
a bit to minimalistic, I would have like to still have a person on the lobby

we love that 😊

Too many annoying flies at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) are starting to become an issue...
4.3
amazing view, atmosphere, restaurant, service, location, parking, very easy check-in and check-out via desk
no remarks

clean and awesome location
expensive

Close to the lake, nice view
Checkin is awfull, no staff only a computer with bad software.
4.3
Location is superb and easy to access.
Just need a strong fan to circulate the air. Understand there isn't AC, but even with open windows without a breeze, air is stagnant.

Vue, style of the room lication

loved this place, really lovely all round hotel and great food.
maybe rooms could have been slightly bigger but for one night were ideal

Loved the mountain/lake view from the bed and also how easy it was to check-in/out. Bike room is very large and the parking quite convenient.
No plastic protections on the hooks in the bike room (you will scratch your rims). The room was very hot during the day and through the night. Some very bad grilled meat smell in the hallways.
4.3
Good location, big window with a great view of the lake. Bike storage room.
The room was extremely noisy even with a closed window due to a motorsport event right on the premises of the hotel. Additionally we had the smell of burnt gasoline in the room. The room was VERY hot (about 35 deg Celsius), the big window could not be opened, just a tiny window for inadequate ventilation and cooling. No aircon. Parking was possible in a remote location after some driving around, yet we needet to transport all our luggage through the motorsport event zone.
There was no advance announcement of the event, no cancellation possible even after we had found an employee of the place. Check-in was possible only on a terminal, altogether there was very little human contact. The bathroom had a design resembling the french budget hotel chain Formule 1 (plastic wall and floor). On the evening of our stay, we could not even eat at the hotel, as there was a closed event in die dining room. Which is probably not a bad thing after all. No matter what you ask the computer for, there is always a fee, e.g. early check-in, breakfast, parking. Checkout is also automated.
When having breakfast - which we had to pay on top of the astounding room rate - Cappucino was not included and had to be paid separately. Other guests had booked many months in advance and were likewise not notifiied of the motorsport event in advance or given the option of cancelling their stay for a refund. Again, cancellation was refused, no rebate offered, the price of around 300 USD per night was simply astounding for the services offered.
This is definitely not what you can expect from a Swiss hotel.

The hotel was super easy to reach.
The view from the rooms is amazing!
Has all necessary amenities for a comfy stay.
The food in the restaurant is good.
The rooms were extremely warm even if we completely stopped the heating. This was problematic, as we couldn't sleep very well. In the end we had to sleep with the window open, but then the street was right there so it was a bit noisy.
4.3
The view.
Self check-in, did not like it, impersonal.
Extremely minimalist room. Cell feeling.
Very basic breakfast.
4.3
Bar, view from room.
Few amenities, geared towards Wintersports ppl, very pricey
