Dissapointing first impression of the property.Staff member who booked us in didnt make us feel welc

Location great. Air con good bathroom pocky but usable

Could have done with wine glasses in the room. Also a plates and cutlery. We had soup with one teaspoon between two of us. They have a toaster and microwave which is great but no utensils

The location was central. The air-conditioning kept us warm as it was -1*C outside. Check out was easy.

No hot breakfast. The WiFi didn't work well.

central location clean, comfortable room only a one night stay but was very comfortable Reception staff very welcoming very close to pub for great evening meal

Warm and comfortable

Spacious room with good bed and bathroom. Appreciated the provision of tea making facilities and biscuits. We both had a great nights sleep despite being on the main road, It was very quiet, but then it was Saturday night.

Exceptional

Great location. Short walk to town centre. The Ophir Hotel right behind the accommodation is excellent for meals and entertainment. Plenty fast food within walking distance if that is more your cuisine. Rooms clean. Bed comfy.

Clean facilities but in need of attention, misleading ad photo

Service: Receptionist was friendly & welcoming, and very helpful with the wifi connection that we needed for our business. The room was very clean & everything was there that was required.

Okay, Room 8 - we were not provided the room that was advertised in the photo on booking.com - It was more basic than we paid OR the photo on Booking.com was inaccurate because it didn't come close to a match. The couch was tired & in need of replacing. There was no room for it anyway because you couldn't see the TV from it. Awfully strong smell of cleaning products on arrival. Within a couple of hours we realised this was to disguise the really awful smell coming out of the bathroom drain. The bathroom looked to have been recently renovated & was adequate for our needs but there was no shelf or anything anywhere to even put your toothbrush. We ended up bringing in the wobbly legged chair from the table to put our toiletries on, when in use we then had to leave the door open.

The motel has a comfortable bed and is near the Ophir Hotel.

Quite close to the Ophir Hotel which has great meals. Can walk there in 2 minutes.

The curtains need replacing. There was a microwave and a toaster but no crockery or cutlery. The bathroom was quite small
