Imposible dormir, música toda la noche

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, muy bien equipadas, habitaciones espaciosas.

Al frente hay una casa donde hacen fiestas toda la noche, imposible descansar, no paro la música en toda la noche y madrugada, incluso a las 6 de la mañana todavía, no había nadie en las instalaciones para pedir ayuda en la noche, la policía no contesta, de las peores noches que he pasado, no se puede dormir así! Es una pena porque el lugar es muy bonito sin embargo por ese detalle no volvería a hospedarme ahí, viajé con un niño pequeño mi esposa y una adulta mayor y nadie pudo conciliar el sueño durante las 2 noches que estuvimos, en fin una pesadilla total...

Très propre et accueillant. Les dames qui s’occupent de l’endroit sont prévenantes et présentes jusqu’en fin pm. Notre chambre n’était pas très grande mais c’est parfait quand on s’y attend. Ils prêtent toujours des chaises, glacières et petites planches de surf pour la plage.

Nice place. Good kitchenette and perfect for long term rental.

Very nice property in a good location. Little bit of a walk to the beach but it’s lovely. Nice pool right on the property. Restaurant options and a little grocery store nearby.

Very comfortable in good location with very helpful staff.

Nice kitchenette, but only with a single hob. Otherwise, very well stocked, including things like kitchen towel, washing up liquid, sponge, and even sugar. Comfortable bed. We were offered a cool bag, but without an ice pack... still nice though. Use of clothes rack to dry clothes. Extra towels for the beach or pool. We were given a choice on which bungalow to stay in, although the name bungalow was deceptive, as it was just a studio with en-suite bathroom. Near to supermarkets, beach and restaurants. Electrical sockets and beside lamp near bed. Wardrobe and seating provided.

No hot water in the bathroom sink. Not enough body wash in bathroom. They provided more when we asked for it, but I don't expect to have to ask for it. Nothing seriously wrong at all.

Comfortable, Luxurious, Great location and LOVELY Hosts.

The hosts were really lovely and let us leave our luggage on the last day so we could spend the day at the beach. It's walking distance to the beach. They lend you back-pack beach chairs! Brilliant idea!...even if you do look like a tourist!! lol!! Teh attention to detail in the room was lovely... the kitchen appliances and utensils were really nice...even the mugs...good quality rather than the cheapest, so you felt it was a luxury stay! I was shown around everything when I arrived. It really was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.

I would have liked breakfast included, however there's a soda right next door, so it really didn't matter.

very clean, small, quiet, tranquil, walking distance to restaurant and beach. Very clean, well-maintained. Nice pool, although small for swimming laps.

main road walking to beach does not have a sidewalk throughout. would be nice to have breakfast option

Property adequate but had expected better

Room reasonable, nice pool, friendly staff. Puerto Carrillo is the most incredible beach, a few nice restaurants nearby

Noisy location next to a bar, also other villas nearby blasting out incomprehensible spanish music into the night. Part of our time at the villas there was a Costa Rican family staying who were noisy and took over the pool

wasn‘t heaven for us

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Location about two minutes from local beach playa carrillo.

Pool needs updating. we unfortunately had the worst room facing directly the pool and the cleaning room. therefore we couldn’t open the curtains and had to be in a dark room. there were no day curtains. in addition it was loud with the noises from the pool and the cleaning room in the back. bathroom is very small and toilet was slightly broken.

good rooms equipped with a little kitchen and comfortable beds clean accommodation and very nice staff

the pool is worn out but should get renovated in a couple months we stayed 4 nights but unfortunately they did not clean the room during this time

Pass if you want a family oriented place to stay at

The staff was great especially Jessica and it is close to the beach.

Even though they had the rules for the swimming pool some guests did not observe them and were drinking beer from a cooler in and around the pool. My son was looking forward to go for a swim but even though it was only 5:45 pm we did not feel the environment was safe. At that time the cleaning ladies were gone and there no one to supervise and we were kept up until late at night.

Quiet, safe, relaxing. A great value for the site.

Everything about the site was nice. Hot water, was awesome! The pool is warm and clean; the surrounding area quiet and secure. The beds are comfortable and the restaurant next door serves inexpensive and tasty food.

One of our travel companions uses a walker to help stand. The ramp up to the 'disabled' room was far too steep to use without assistance. In fact, in most countries it would not have been approved. The good side is that one of the employees explained that the owners were aware of this and have plans to repair it.

The staff definitely stands out. Very friendly and great service. Location very close to the beach and close to restaurants ans groceries stores.

If I have to say something the pool is kind of small, but that's something you can overlook as facilities are really good.
