The apartment is very beautiful, with modern and functional designer furnishings. It is spacious and well partitioned into various areas. Despite being a studio, it actually offers two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a large living room with a kitchenette. The sea and marina view from the terrace is stunning, even though in the evening, some smells from the restaurants below can be noticed. The apartment is quiet and not hot, even without using the air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable.
The apartment has some peculiarities for which an in person check-in would have been very useful, rather than the self-check-in we had to do. I only found out after taking a cold shower that you need to wait a few minutes for the hot water to arrive; the air conditioning system is inside the wall, so it's not easy to understand if it is ON so that we spent two days with the air conditioner off without realizing it, enduring some heat discomfort. It's impossible to have complete darkness for sleeping because there are only light curtains. In five days, the door lock of the terrace door got stuck twice, making it impossible to close the entrance door to the apartment as well. We had to leave it open, although fortunately, there was another door in the stairs that could be closed. It's important to know that you have to climb two long and steep flights of stairs. to enter in the apartment. We never met the owner: he came to unlock the door once, but it was at noon when we were obviously not there, and even for the tourist tax, he only remembered to ask for it the night before check-out, telling us to leave the money on the table. We did so, but then he asked us if we might have forgotten it... Maybe someone took the money, considering that it was not possible to lock the entrance door.

The place is just amazing - from top to bottom. The perfect location around tasty restaurants and bars, but no nightclubs close by (there are some further on). Close to beaches and with easy access by bike and car to other great places. Terrace presented beautiful sunsets, while the interior provided everything we needed and was as comfortable as well equipped.
Highly, highly recommended.

We love our stay so much, that’s all I could start with.
The apartment is beautiful, spacious with very smart and practical interior design delivering a chic, warm and organic vibe.
The host is just friendly and helpful, providing all we asked(Swimming ring, snorkeling gears, yoga matt.etc) upon our arrival with a bottle of welcome wine. Also beach tools in the storage room. I saved him as Doraemon on my WhatsApp.
The WIFI is top, covering everywhere from bathroom to terrace, zero problem for min. 2+ppl working on laptop/ZOOM call simultaneously.
Be careful, the AC is as strong as the WIFI XD.
Self Check-in and Check-out super lean. Uncomplicated.
The entrance and terrace is towards the harbor and seaview, and the apartment is surrounded by decent restaurants and bar with nice food and beverages.
The hood is away from tourists and relatively quiet basically from 23:00-9:00. During the day the bar starts to play music - sometimes reggae sometimes oldie goodies, we’d rather say we enjoyed the vibe rather than being disturbed, but FYI, just in case you prefer to sleep till lunch or so, better prepare earplugs.
The location is also perfect. 10 min to the left you reach the bigger Can Picafort long beach, ca.13 min to the right is another smaller but quieter nice beach - on the way to this one you enjoy the sea and mountain view.
Every Friday from 9-13:00 there’s local market, the location of this apartment is kind of the middle point of it.
There’re more secret joys leaving for you to find out.
We strongly recommend, and we’ll come back:)
If there has to be one Con:
The bathroom drain has an odor time to time that permeates the entire house, which has been largely improved after following the host’s advice (turn on the faucet and shower for two minutes + open windows and doors more often to ventilate)

Vincen was a very hospitable host. Check in was very smooth. Property is right on the water but away from the high rise tourist properties. It feels private and relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked, except for a sharp knife. Vincen provided wine, water and fruit to help us settle in after a long travel day.
We were on the third floor and the stairs were trying after a long bike ride.

Kitchen could have been better equipped.

Great location. The property is ideally located with a range of restaurants, beaches, and shops. There is a large balcony with beautiful views away from all the noise and traffic. The host was exceptional! checked in to make sure our stay was perfect and provided excellent advice.

Close to all restaurants and beach, friendly host, comfortable bed
Ground floor apartment in between restaurants, no privacy if you want to sit on your terrace. Can be quite noisy. Sun is only very early in the morning. Advise to rent upper floor apartment if you want to enjoy your breakfast/lunch in the sun or just sit in privacy and read the book

The apartment had a great view over the marina. It is ideally located for walking, cycling, and restaurants whilst being slightly removed from the high rises.
The bedrooms are really partitioned areas of the apartment which is fine for a family but others may prefer more privacy.

Amazing boho interior design. You feel like on exotic holidays. The apartment has terrace with stunning view on the port. Muchas gracias Vincent for nice welcome with bottle of wine. We would be definitely back. Saludos !

Clean, cozy, convenient location very close to the beach, interesting interior design, very helpful host/manager, easy to park close to the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone :)
One of two AC units in the living room was not working. It was pretty hot in the apartment, making it a bit difficult to fall asleep during hot nights, as windows from bedroom are quite close to a noisy restaurant. Should be fixed.

Quite nice location as it's very closed to Can Picafort Beach and a supermarket. Everything are there.

A beautiful apartment in a great location.

The location of Moll Petit is great! There is a lot of good restaurants and some supermarkets nearby. The beach close to the apartment is good but a bit crowded. If you walk further along the shore, within 10 min you get to some calmer and wider place. The water was surprisingly warm and clean!
We had a room with a very big terrace overlooking a small marina and the sea. It was really the best thing in the apartment - the views are wonderful and in the morning we could watch the sunrise while having a breakfast. If you like to cook for yourself, there were all necessary appliances in the kitchen. Overall, the space was clean and had a great, warm design. Vincent, the owner, was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He recommended us some places nearby to eat and to visit.
The only thing that could count as a downside was the fact that during the warmest nights of our stay the air conditioning was not enough and it was still too hot inside. Opening the windows wasn't an option because the area is quite noisy until late night hours (fortunately with windows closed it's quiet).

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The host was super friendly and welcoming. He gave us many tips and was available and ready to help. The place is beautifully decorated and modern. We had an amazing terrace with sea view. We bit did home-office from the property and were able to enjoy the beach in our breaks and time off it was great!
Sometimes we didn’t have enough warm water in the shower for 2 people. Nothing that ruin our stay and we also didn’t bother complaining since it the weather was quite hot. We are sure the host would have fixed it up for us in a heart bit.

We stayed in the top floor apartment and had a whole floor plus a large terrace with a 180 degree, magnificent view of the Mediterranean to ourselves. Stayed 8 nights with a 5 months baby and everything was perfect. The house in itself is newly renovated in an ingenious way, using local materials and innovative solutions. The design including the furniture and kitchen was a pleasure and an inspiration for us adults, and at the same time our baby girl had everything that makes travelling with children easy and fun - baby bed, high chair, good shade on the terrace (but also areas with good sun for the grown ups) plus a beach walk right outside the door for stroller walks and a neat little cafe just downstairs to refuel. We were a little curious before booking since there were no reviews on Trip Advisor but we can ensure that it looks just like the pictures (if not even better) and that Vicenç is a very hospitable host. We can’t thank him enough for creating this gem and also for making our days full of great local experiences through his recommendations. We already dream of coming back.
Nothing. As other reviews mention, the two sleeping areas are not separated by a classic wall but the design of the construction is so intelligent that we loved it straight away. It also gave us flexibility to close down for the night or open up so we could see our baby when she slept during the day.
