Quick overnight layover between flights. Great spot to catch some Z’s and freshen up with a shower. Great price!

convenience of being able to stay at the airport. cost was a great bonus!

KLIA2の中にあり、12時間利用をいつ始めてもいいので、トランジットには最適。カプセルホテルと言ってもコンテナーサイズなので、非常に広い。ランドサイドには、たくさんの料理店、コンビニ、専門店があり、デパートのようだ。

中は複雑な構造なので、セキュリティーにはよいが、自分のベッドが探しにくい。

Good location but expensive. Good for late night arrivals only.

Location. When you arrive KLIA2 in the middle of night this is your best option.

It’s expensive. You pay much money for what you get. Because the location. Head to KL & you will find much better place to stay for the same money…

Good stay

The room was good for short stay to catch-up flights. And very convenient for travel. They provided lockers and towels....so its good.

The toilets and shower room can be more better in term of the cleanliness. The pipes was leaking. The price could be more cheaper.

Booking.com need to send more detailed instructions to find the place, that cost me

It served its purpose of a clean place to get a couple of hours sleep

What limited instructions that were provided were of absolutely no use. Adequate instructions would have allowed me to have caught the free shuttle and not paid for an expenses taxi between terminals. Difficult to find without instructions when when I did get to right terminal

excellent option for a longer layover between long haul flights

very cool and unique experience. perfect for an overnight stopover. it was great that it was positioned within KLIA2 which had a lot of shops and restaurants within in.

the only downside was that our double bed capsule only had a thin blind/ curtain as the door. something a little sturdier would have been preferred just to have more privacy and better peace of mind from a safety point of view. Otherwise our stay was surprisingly quiet and peacefully despite this.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I keep coming back!

It's a great place to get proper rest when you flight is early in the morning or late at night. It's located right inside the airport, albeit in the KLIA2 terminal, which means that if you wanna go to the main KLIA terminal, you will need to take a shuttle bus there. The shuttle bus comes on the hour (check with the concierge for more accurate info).

Nothing really. But maybe yeah they can provide us with slippers to go to the bathroom.

It was very handy being right in KLIA2, and the bed was comfortable.

There was nowhere in the shower to really put your stuff while you showered. The lockers were also a long walk from my room. It would be much better if there were lockers nearer the 'capsules'. Alternatively, it would be fine if it was possible to somehow lock the capsule/pods.
