The villa was amazing and had an incredible view. It was very spacious and the private terrace was larger than expected. The staff were phenomenal too. They were very helpful with making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

When we arrived we were greeted by the hosts, I forget his name, with a very tasty homemade tea and a wealth of knowledge. He sat down with us to go over a map of Paros and give us his local knowledge of the area. Once at our villa he gave us a very in depth tour explaining every aspect of the villa. Also when I ordered a bottle of wine, which they happened to be out of, the manager provided us with a bottle of his own for the inconvenience. I do not have one bad thing to say about our visit.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The villa was very nice, clean and very comfortable beds. Great views and refreshing pool.
While the elevated location provides nice views, the roads leading to the property were in some areas a bit challenging—goat paths🤪

I loved this Villa, it was beautiful, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff that were always prompt if any help was requested. Great views. A few minutes drive from Naoussa. Close to beautiful beaches.
The location is amazing, but it would be better to rent a car or quad bike to be able to access the town and other areas of the island easily.

The style and size of the villa was beautiful. It is about a 12-15 min drive into Naousa town though, and getting a taxi can be a painfully long wait during the busy seasons. If you’re not bothered by that, then this is the place for you!
The staff are super helpful too - they even ordered a coffee to be delivered to my villa!
The only thing I ‘didn’t’ like is that they don’t clean the villa everyday. We were a family of 6 staying in one of the villas and were there for 5 nights and they charged us extra 30 euros to have the house cleaned (beds made, bins changed and fresh towels). The outside area also had lots of ants and the shrubs/plants in the garden area were unkept and unruly which made it somewhat difficult to walk to the pool. But it is lovely!!

If you are going to Paros STAY HERE. Its an 8 minute drive the best town on the island (Naoussa) and we woke up every morning to STUNNING views up on the hillside. It was truly amazing and felt luxurious, spacious, and also genuine to the architecture of the island. We had a 3 bedroom and a gorgeous pool. The facility management can be reached by text so if you run out of paper towels or need more toilet paper you can just text them and they will bring it over.
There was nothing we didnt like , the showers may have benefited from more of a closed concept (curtain or door to stop splashing on the floor) and you will definitely need a car if you are staying here. We rented cars and were so glad we did to see everything on the island

Such a great spot with the best views. 10mins from Nausa.
The rooms could have been slightly better decorated, but the property was still lovely

Loved the style of the Villa and the private pool and vista was lovely. It was very comfortable and appreciated the Nespresso machine with ample supply of pods and large water bottles. The staff we’re very helpful in arranging a hire car and transfers for us as well.
It’s somewhat remote so you definitely wed a car which was a little inconvenient and an added expense we hadn’t planned for.
Also our pool seemed to be the only one on the property without a functioning pool light which sounds pedantic but you want to whole experience on holidays and whilst they sent people to look at it it couldn’t be resolved in our 4 night stay.
Our villa also seemed one of the few with an obstructed view, which was a shame because the view was stunning.
2.5
Conveniently located short drive from two of best beaches in Paros. Not a far drive from Naoussa and port. Complimentary water and coffee pods regularly replenished.
If you come for the view, understand that not all villas are equal. Ours, for instance, was directly obstructed by villa in front. If you come for privacy, the layout of the villas is such that at any given time multiple other guests could be looking directly into your bedroom, pool area, etc. If you’re expecting Greek hospitality, look elsewhere. For the price, we felt a bit shortchanged overall.

The villa was clean and they provided free water and coffee which was great. The staff was amazing and always making sure we had everything we needed.
the bed was a little too soft which made it uncomfortable after a few nights, but that’s personal preference. The property is pretty far from the port and main cities, we had to rent a car.

Amazing views from the villa and pool deck.
Having to leave.

How easy and convenient the staff made it, we wanted to hire a car and the team immediately linked us up with someone who brought the car to the property
The beds were a little uncomfortable, too soft for our liking and my partner and I ended up with bad backs. Didn’t make for a restful nights sleep

the reception staff were amazing - they could not have done more
we were upgraded to a larger villa that was a lovely surprise!
the villa was beautiful, spacious, clean and on one day we decided just to enjoy it so hung by the pool and made a lovely lunch where we sat at the table on the terrace - the view is sublime!!!
nothing!

A great find! Absolutely stunning vies, and a great villa in the loveliest part of Paros. A very easy place to settle in, relax and enjoy a slower pace, but close enough to the town for restaurants and shopping.

bedrooms were in the basement and doesn’t feel comfortable at all.

A lot needs to be fixed!!! It is unacceptable that houses were so poorly maintained. Stayed in villa #23 and 24
1. Shower floor (paint was coming off and sticking to feet), 2. Dishwasher (not working and leaking in the entire kitchen area) 3. Barbecue Grill (not functioning) 4. Cookware/stencils (houses were missing all standards kitchen needs - even small dessert plates) 5. Toilets (paper was to be placed in a trash that was only cleaned every other day…)

The property is at the top of a hill and has a gorgeous view. Everything is new, spotless, and the service was excellent. The outside porch was great.
The pools are great, however they are right next to one another. You have your own pool, but there is a two foot wall between you and your neighbor so you can shake hands. I was traveling with my spouse and we planned on spending a lot of time at the pool, but there was a large group with three young children next door, Listening to splashing, jumping, screaming, laughing, and occasional crying from morning till night grew tiresome after a couple of days. Our neighbors did nothing wrong and it appeared as if they had a fabulous time but we were hoping their stay would be shorter than ours. :) The property is quite large so I'm not quite sure why they mapped out the villas the way they did.

Well stocked food options for breakfast in our unit and allowed us to select what we wanted. The owner, John, provided us with a wonderful detailed overview of the Island and the best sights and restaurants to consider in each location. We followed all the recommendations and were very pleased to have received the guidance. The Villa and the view were outstanding, we will return anytime we are going to Naxos! Also the close proximity to the main town was a very good location. We really recommend this property and are tankful we selected it for our visit.
Everything was very well done at this property, no improvement recommendations to offer.

Fantastic views of Paros and beautiful sunrises. The villa was well equipped and very clean. We were offered a cleaning service whilst there and pool was cleaned also. Wifi was brilliant. It was very quiet and safe in the villas. We enjoyed our stay in Acron Villas but would suit people who want a quiet relaxing self catering stay.
The villa is located very far away from the local village. You would need a car when residing here to go the local groceries store. The drive is a steep drive up to the villa. The villa stated a tumble dryer which was not present.

We had an amazing stay on Paros at Acron Villas. The property is secluded and our Villa had an amazing view. Sunrise was so beautiful and it was nice to have your own pool. Rooms were very clean.

Set on hill with nice views but close to beach and Nauossa town. It is self-catering and set on a hill so definitely best to have a car. Spacious and everything works well (wifi - aircon for example, however no international TV channels). Staff is on hand at all times to help or anything and everything e.g. restaurant reservations, it is part of the Parilio hotel but we would recommend it over this because of the spaciousness of the villas and the nice views from the terrace/pool (depending on which villa you end up in views differ).

Very nice villas / house, very well (and beautifully) designed, spacious and overlooking the bay with Naoussa at less than 10 mn by car.
Spacious, well equiped and lots of taste in everything, including the private pool for each villa. Staff was helpful and overall a very pleasant stay for our family (3 kids under 10).

The host was kind and always available to help us. The house has a very nice view, and was equipped with everything needed. The place is calm and beautiful.
4.5
The villa was beautiful with a view that you just couldn’t get enough of! The pool was fantastic and the “concierge service” brilliant. You can go and chat to them in reception or just WhatsApp them from the villa and they will arrange all sorts of local take away to arrive to your door - perfect for those lunches / dinners when you don’t want to cook (and very reasonably priced!) They also provided us with wash powder, dishwasher tablets, extra bin bags etc on request. The villa had everything we needed to cook basic meals and we were very comfortable in the living and outside spaces. I have no doubt that if there was anything extra we needed they would have done everything they could to provide it for us! You could even have breakfast delivered from a nearby hotel but we didn’t try that.
For us the beds were too soft - but we are used to a very hard mattress so it could just be a preference thing. In the 2 bed villa the bedrooms are downstairs - they have small windows but are basically underground. I didn’t think that was hugely obvious from the pictures. It was fine because you spend all your time upstairs or outside but don’t expect a sea view from bed (I think the bigger villas may provide this). I suggested they provide or sell a basic food kit for arrival eg salt, pepper, olive oil, honey - as we ended up having to buy all this in vast quantities from the supermarket just for the small amount of cooking we did which felt like a bit of a waste. Also worth noting that some of the pools for different villas are set back from the front / view and so don’t offer much privacy from the parked cars/other villas. Worth checking before booking!

We had the most amazing experience at Acron Villas. We booked for a full month and are planning on going back next year. It really felt like our home! The view is astonishing, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the location is perfect, it takes about only 7 minutes to get into Naoussa which is the most adorable village. Hiring a car is a must though. The villa was also very comfortable, practical and beautiful.
Wifi could be slightly stronger (difficult sometimes for video conference calls)
