Amazing host, very nice location with pool

The Apartment has everything you can expect for a city trip and even more. Easy to find, in the calm neighborhood, has its own underground parking space, in a very structured and safe apartment site. Goncalo was a great host to us. He has a long list of all the things you will use during your stay from apartment entry, house amenities, restaurants, activities, shopping areas etc. He is also very easy to reach on what's app and sends you countless recommendations, he even checks how you are doing from time to time. He was an excellent host, he welcomes you when you arrive and gives you all the suggestions that makes your life easy. If you ask for any suggestion during you stay he adds even more. The pool is not crowded, secured and ideal for families, they also have a small pool for children. The restaurants and mini markets are nearby, it is a 17 mins walking to the big shopping mall and 10 minutes walking to a very nice park. The house itself has all the tools and amenities you can use, the TV has streaming options with smart features. The apartment was decorated simple but cozy, the bed is comfy and sofa is easy to use to sleep. We decided to use this apartment if/when we come back to Lisbon again.

The only small thing is the apartment site is in the middle of a uphill road, so you always end up walking up the hill whether you go somewhere or returning on foot. However it is not so steep and in takes 5 mins to reach the roundabout. Can be a problem during summer months when the temperature hits 40 degrees. It was not a problem for us but maybe for some.

Great apartment close to the main attractions in Lisbon!

Spacious apartment with parking, dog friendly and swimming pool. Everything you need is there and the host is most welcoming!

Nothing. If I have to think of something it would be the noise from the airplanes flying over although it didn't disturb us at all.

A big apartment with great facilities. Bed was comfortable. I didn't use the pool because I didn't have too much time to stay. I have my own earplugs which are soft. The owner has also earplugs. He has everything you need in apartment. He had also left a welcome selection of traditional sweet and drinks. :)

An amazing place to stay. Home from home.

A beautiful apartment with great facilities. Loved the pool and garden. Our host was fantastic, so welcoming and gave us many tips for things to do. Lovely touches like wine and treats in the apartment too. A brilliant stay.

A pool apartment in central Lisbon was quite a find! We loved it 🙂

The host made communication very easy and was quite flexible with our uncertain arrival time (when traveling with a child it isn’t always easy to estimate timings right!). His instructions were spot on and made check in and settle to the place very easy. He had also left a welcome selection of snacks and drinks (even for our 1 year-old), which was really nice :) The pool and playground in the garden were a really nice bonus during our Lisbon city break, we loved it!

Although there were earplugs available, the apartment is situated right on one of the landing paths to Lisbon airport. that means that between midnight and 5am it is quite loud as planes pass by. lovely for plane enthusiasts (our baby loved watching the planes), but wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers.

Gonçalo is a very friendly host who provides plenty of useful information on places to visit and how to find your way around the city. The apartment is very well equipped with AC, kitchen equipment and a nice bathroom.

it can take a couple of days to get used to the planes flying over, but it didn't disrupt our sleep.

The host was fantastic. He met us at the property, showed us everything we needed to know regarding staying the property, parking, etc., and was very helpful regarding touristic and practical information. The internet was strong and reliable. Very clean and comfortable.

Well equipped, clean apartment close to the Park. Very helpful host! :) We stayed there with an infant and we felt that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay (incl. cod with comfy mattress and a high chair).

One minor issue is the plane noise.

Perfect in all ways. I would love to return.

Breakfast is not included in this apartment. But I make my own, which is perfect :) And you have all facilities to cook a very nice meal and a place to enjoy it.

I liked everything. I will recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

Everything else, other than the lack of light/separate sun terrace. Prez was an amazing host and made this a very different experience to arriving at a generic hotel/resort. He contacted after the booking and before arrival, offering directions and transport options. He greeted us at the apartment, we had a lovely welcome drink and overview of the area, tours, recommended sights and routes and transport options, and generally a very personal welcome from someone who is evidently genuinely interested in ensuring his guests' comfort and holiday experience. Prez had wine and fruit waiting and the amazing pastel de nata for us, and sent on tips all through our week there - transport, places to go and see, and definitely tailored his recommendations for us. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here - it is a difference from a hotel or apartment chain, and was so nice to have the welcome and suggestions from a native and someone who is clearly proud to show off his city. The location is excellent, about 15 mins walk from a main city landmark, with supermarkets, restaurants etc. within a couple of minutes walk. The pool is a huge advantage and is quiet and comfortable, so feels very relaxing in an area that's so near to the city. The pool is nice and quiet, but there are a lot of steps up so it may not be accessible for everyone. Lisbon is an fabulous, fun and very pretty city, I'd hugely recommend visiting, and would highly recommend staying in Prez's apartment - tips and suggestions from a genuinely helpful and friendly host, close to the city landmarks, and with the bonus of a pool setting so near to the city. The apartment has all you could need - excellent kitchen, English TV, hairdryer, iron, and many more extras not found in a hotel or apartment company, extremely comfortable, clean and stylish. Thanks Prez for all your help, suggestions and friendliness during our holiday. I can't wait to go back to Lisbon already!
