Квартира на одну ночь, небольшая, все необходимое есть. Удобное место расположения, плюс - наличие бесплатной парковки.

Хорошее место расположения. До центра можно дойти пешком. Удобно наличие парковки.

Комната требует косметического ремонта (ламинат разъехался, постельное белье с небольшими дырками, Лейку в ванной уже стоит заменить)

Good location

The location is great - just a few minutes from the Old Town on foot. There was also a fenced parking lot adjacent to the building. It's good if you arrive by car. Also the beds were really comfy.

It's a studio apartment - everything is inside one space. It would not be a problem otherwise but the entrance door is not soundproof at all so you hear every sound coming in from the corridor outside, as well as they also hear every sound coming out from the appartment. The kitchenette is very small and there is no hood above the stove so no serious cooking or there would be smell everywhere. Also the narrow curtains were annoying cause they don't really cover the large windows and you always have this feeling that everyone can see you from the outside during the nighttime.

Cozy apartment

It is situated near the old town, you would need 10 minutes to go there on foot. The personal is really friendly and willing to help if there are any questions or problems.

There is no microwave :( Some furniture pieces look tired

Excellent option if you arrive by car

We were lucky to get an apartment with balcony on the 5th floor (4th when counting "European"). Facilities were great and Internet was good. The free parking is perfect given the fact that public parking in Poznan near the center is difficult and not cheap at all. For the departure day we got a day pass for public transport and put the car in the free citadel parking which is close to tram stop Pasieka (Lines 3, 7, 8 and 10)

The old city center was one big construction site. This is not the owners fault, of course. Some of the tram lines operate differently . It would be excellent to have a few copies of the public transport map on site because they are not that easy to find in the internet.

Great place to walk around the city

Beautiful and tidy studio. There is everything you need, towels, hair dryer, iron, kettle, dishes, coffee, tea, sugar. Very nice owner who does everything for your comfort. Definitely I recommend staying here

Nice and clean apartment right in the center of Poznan. Very good communication with the host. It comes with free parking.

Suitable for short stays only, no blackout curtains (a lot of light starts coming in through the windows in the morning).

Lovely location, 5 mins and you can reach a river embankment. 15 mins walk and you are in the Old city.

The Apartment has no separate room, it is a Studio.

Disappointing

Close to centre

No proper window coverings meant being waken when the sun came up. No fan or ac meant having windows open but noise from street meant couldnt get to sleep. Parking was under a tree. Had to have the car washed as it was covered in birdshit. Lack of power points at bedside. Shower doors didnt close properly and access to the toilet very small and not suitable for large people

Location near old town, the host is very kind.

The appartment windows face a very busy street, so its loud at night. The appartment has no oven, no microwave and a super small fridge, so food preparation is very limited. And finally, we paid for 5 people, bet the beds and all dishes were only for 4 people.

Great apartment for young people, not families

Great location, free parking was great.

The place is not really suitable for families, especially young children. Lots of light, basically no curtains and no noise insulation. Also the apartment is quite small and not the newest appliances, could definitely used an upgrade.

Great Stay in Poznan

The location was great, we easily walked to the old town. It was clean and had all the amenities we could need for our trip like hair dryer, towels, tea… Furnitures looked fresh and new. The staff and the host were very helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The couch was a bit on the harder side. This was not an issue for us as we like harder beds but it can be an issue for some.

Worth staying for a short period of time to be close to the center

The location is very close to the city center. Apartment is clean and pleasant. Hosts are very nice, one of them knows English on a good level. Free parking slot that is available 24/7 because you're given the key to it.

You need to have a polish sim-card if you want to use the parking because the host just comes out to meet you so you need to let them know when you're waiting outside the parking. The apartment was a bit smaller than it seemed on the photo. Curtains are there just for the visual part, they aren't really blocking the light at night. There's a tram right outside the building so it's quite noisy.

Cute apartment, great location

Cute apartment in a very good location. Walking distance to almost everything in the old town. The apartment is spacious for three people. The washroom is huge. There are knobs by the heaters to adjust temperature as needed. The kitchen is equipped with plates, cups, cutlery, pots and frying pans. There is also a kettle. Great space and very comfortable. Laundry machines are available in the basement but the dryer only works for 15mins so you will need to run it a few times for your clothes to be fully dry.

The mattress in the bedroom is a bit worn. Had some problems with the door leading to the apartment. The key pad worked but the door wouldnt open on the first try, had to scan the key multiple times to get in. But other than that it was great.

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location.

Our stay was fabulous! We stayed for a week and really, really enjoyed the location and the comfort of having a small kitchen to make breakfast. The bed was comfortable and more than enough room for 2 people for a week. I cannot recommend the property enough! The staff were lovely too!

Our 1 and only criticism would be that the curtains are useless! You will definitely be up as soon as the sun is.

It's a great location - near the historical center but still with good access by the car. Extremely helpful and friendly management. One of the best experiences in my life.
