Stay away from this hotel if you value cleanliness

The staff were nice, and helped as much as they could. When we shared our concern, we shifted room, but the room we were shifted to also had mold, and a horrible smell.

We booked a stay at Buke Hotel and, upon entering our room, immediately noticed a musty smell. Upon inspecting the bathroom, we found mold on the walls, the faucet, and the shower enclosure. The room's walls also had stains. We requested a refund from the hotel, but our request was denied. The picture of the hotel must be outdated, since the stains on the walls and in the bathroom was not visible when we booked. day three, we woke up to find that the toilet was not functioning due to a lack of water supply, making it impossible to flush. We have taken photographs to document these issues and requested a refund for the remaining duration of our stay, since we had to check out earlier from the hotel since the smell was unbearable. Booking never answered us, not on email nor telephone.

Bed is comfortable and clear

The wifi is like in the stone age, very very slow. AC is very big noise, and the staff not even care for this problem. Breakfast is not good enought. Not worth the price.

C’est la quatrième fois que nous visitons Istanbul et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Globalement satisfait : hôtel situé dans notre quartier préféré Sisli, la gentillesse et l’assistance du personnel, le calme et le confort de la chambre.

Le petit-déjeuner doit être plus varié

God og stor morgenmadsbuffet, gode værelser til 2 voksne, receptionen var venlige og altid hjælpsomme, man får hvad man

Morgenmaden var rigtig god. Stort udvalg. Værelset var tilpas til 2 voksne. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale i receptionen. Hotellet ligger perfekt hvis man kan lide Galataport, Dolmabahce paladset, Besiktas området og Bosporusbroen. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen.

Der manglede lidt skabsplads til at kunne pakke ordentligt ud. Jeg er en som godt kan lide at pakke mine ting ud, så jeg ikke skal bo i min kuffert. Morgenmads personalet var lidt uhøflige overfor gæsterne. Når man kan tyrkisk så er det ikke smart at nedgøre gæsterne i restauranten foran gæsterne.

Good hotel at good location; good value for money.

Very good location, close to shops and metro, but in a quiet backstreet. Good sound insulation (no sound from mosque)! Interconnecting family room is very good for families with sufficient space. Good airconditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Sufficient choice for breakfast. We would come back to this hotel.

The rooms are decent size

The cleaners stole my AirPods and when i threatened to call the cops and detect it via Find my iPhone app they said they found it under the bed ( i already checked there)

comfort stay

nice room, big size, comfort bed, good breakfast and service even if i can’t eat in the breakfast area i can take it parcel, they upgraded our room from deluxe twin bed to 2 connected rooms for free because we found an ants near the window, the staff was very friendly, there was a good saloon next to the hotel, everything thing was perfect.

The road next to the hotel has a hill, which I do not recommend for old people.

Exceptional Stay!

This hotel had everything that we needed, and it surpassed all our expectations. Hotel is located very close to bus stops and metro stations. Close to main road and yet there was no traffic noise in the hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. In fact, they upgraded one of our rooms because we had 2 kids with us. And I definitely need to talk about their staff, from reception to room service and restaurant to cleaning staff, everyone was welcoming. They all treated us so warmly and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. I recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you Buke Hotel. Hopefully someday if we come to Istanbul again, we will definitely stay again.
