Very good

Clean and cosy. The staff is very friendly. Good fit for business trip, it was very close to my office.

The breakfast could be better. It was not comfortable to open window/use balcony because of noisy street and smog.

A clean hotel but the parking not that good.

The staff, the bed was good,clean,the view.

Locatin,you can’t find a please to park and drop you luggage.although they have a parking in the basement but it is full most of the time.

clean only handful of staff helpful mainly the late shifts

pillows needs renewing, had 3 pillows each and still very uncomfortable. some staff not approachable, very slow & careless

I have enjoyed my stay in the Hotel and will recommend all others travelling to Izmir..

Hotel is nice, tidy and clean. rooms are big with lovely balcony. staff is very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend the place. Stayed there for two nights and were very pleased.

place is bit far from center and boulevard within next to new construction going on.

bad hotel highly over priced fry not to get impressed by the location coz rest you will suffer

this property projects itself as business hotel but highly over priced and dirty and unhygienic there is nothing to like about except I can get better hotels for lesser price

poor maintenance gutter smell in the rooms which the FOM says it’s comes from nearby pipe lines we found a cockroach I have proof and they pretended not even to acknowledge it. The staff and the hotel sucks and not even worth it for business people. sorry I am totally disappointed, even breakfast was not worth it for the extra money spent.

Very pleasant , rooms need more shelves or hooks for your stuff

The breakfast was pretty much the same everyday Location was not close to any tourist attractions so we needed to cab all the time

I like the location of the hotel, as it is close to the business center I needed. If I had a request, I had immediate help from the staff. The breakfast was delisious: a lot of vegetables.
