Literie confortable, chambre chaleureuse et moderne, la propriétaire très sympathique et réactive (malgré l'heure tardive de mon appel)

Όλα ήταν τέλεια .το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο ,μοντέρνο ,με όλες τις ανέσεις .Η Σελίν ήταν καταπληκτική οικοδέσποινα ,ότι κι αν χρειαστήκαμε ήταν εκεί και μας έλυσε κάθε απορία .το καλύτερο μέρος στην Αλσατία για να μείνεις .

Lorsque l’appartement est loué à une personne à mobilité réduite, une chaise de douche doit être présente.

Ubicación muy cerca del centro. Habitación muy amplia y limpia y acceso fácil. Ideal para recorrer la zona de Alsacia.

Almohadas incómodas pero esto parece ser algo típico de la zona.

Modern apartment in a historic building and town.

The apartment was very central and the main square with all the restaurants and shops was just a stone throw away. Despite its proximity to the the city centre, was quiet and comfortable. Parking at the winery within a very short distance from the apartment was ample. The apartment was beautifully furnished, contemporary in design. There's a lift that brings us to the doorstep of the apartment. Very clear instructions from the host on the parking and accessing the apartment with code.

Apartment with modern atmosphere in scenic village

The apartments belong to the winery Louis Sipp and are located next to their offices. It’s very modern and comfortable, communication with the owners is very kind and access works completely remote via code. Recommending the stay there (and buying some wine :))

The bathroom didn’t have any windows but air condition was available

could be nice, but customer handling process and room/bathroom privacy to be improved.

Modern, well equipped.

Poor customer handling: only by phone and access code. I had to call a number. twice to get it. Should have been on the last confirmation email. Access to the private courtyard and room through glass window - room and bathroom visible from public corridor, unless one lowers the room metal stores. I never felt at easy. Wifi access code not clearly indicated. I had to call to get it. (Was on a small sticker at the entrance.) Should have been on confirmation email.

The perfect spot from which to enjoy Ribeauvillé and to explore a little further afield.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years and always come back. Each apartment is clean, modern, well-equipped and comfortable.

Gréât stay in a modern apartment

It was very specious, with heated floor, clean and very central!

There was no thermostat in the room to regulate/reduce the heat as the room was very hot.

beautiful, new, well-appointed apartment. Easy check-in, great location (in the centre of Ribeauvillé). The jacuzzi was a great addition.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, excellent terrace. Situated right in the centre of the city, but very private at the same time ! We will stay there again!

A bit problem with the shower - changing between the big and the small shower didn't work well. I sure it will be repared.

a modern apartment equipped with everything you need. stylish and nice. check in with a code without any paperwork is great! very helpful staff

Fluent stay, bathroom could use some small fixes

Beautiful building in the center of the town. Simple access and a spacious apartment which seems to be fully equipped.

However, there is a wet smell upon entering the hallway (outside apartment) and the bathroom. Bathroom doesn't seem to be well ventilated, but everything is made in quality materials. If you shower, everything gets wet since there are no walls.

A really great choice as long as the weather is kind.

it is a very well designed apartment where they really have thought about the user. The availability of parking is a further plus.

The lack of air conditioning or indeed any ventilation is a surprising mistake and will need to be considered carefully. I assumed that it would be supplied. My mistake, but a big one and a surprise for accommodation that would otherwise score a solid ten.

A nice couple of days away

the location was great , right in the middle of everything and the apartments were comfortable , clean and well equipped.. Good to have the outside space to sit and enjoy a glass of local wine .

The light in the little courtyard that kept going off and on all night. Because the weather was so unseasonably warm the apartments were very hot , which made sleeping at night difficult. fans in the apartments would have really helped.

Rooftop hot tub and amazing host...don't book elsewhere

The host was so kind and communicated very well. She helped me arrange a wine tasting, offered, restaurant recommendations, and put my mind at ease regarding parking. My kids LOVED the hot tub in the penthouse. I'd stay here again and again. Thank you!

Perfectly well located in Ribeauvillé, in the heart of town, the room was as described, clean and well equipped. The organisation to get the keys was smooth and clear.

The soundproofing could be better.
