Nice little pool.
Hotel is Covid causality.

Ok for the money I guess but it’s pretty rough.
Staff were nice 👍

El colchón era cómodo, tenía parking para la moto y el súper al lado
Que no hubiera servicio de habitaciones,Solo dejarán dos toallas, el wifi era lento, el acceso un poco complicado al ser un camino de tierra.

Lovely big bed very comfortable, huge shower room that was impressive great air con. The pool/ communal area was so pretty and relaxing! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay by 2 nights!
The mosquito nets around the bed were a little dirty and the bathroom smelt a little damp as there wasn’t great ventilation.

Location is good.
Not at all clean. The property is not maintained at all. The photos advertised are completely deceptive. We had to stay there as we had no other choice at the last minute. Housekeeping is not good. The towels, curtains etc are old and stained. Pool is not clean.

Nothing :)

The access road is terrible. If it rains it's mud. It is very narrow (barely fits a car) and is not lit. You have to walk 300 meters in total obesity. And there are also some holes from the sewage system. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled very strongly of mold. In 5 days they never changed the towels.
Very poor breakfast.

Quiet, homely place ... a stone throw distance away from the main road, this property is suited for peace-loving family travelers. We stayed for 4 nights and it was flawless - the staff was courteous and helpful.

Don't recommend. The two staff members don't speak English (or pretend not to) so it's impossible to communicate and even still, they are not friendly or helpful. In addition, they don't tell the truth. They told me they do not have a card machine for payment and I must pay them in cash. I refused and finally they produced the card machine which they had all along. Air conditioner sounds like an aircraft - it's so loud it keeps you awake at night and even then, it works minimally. The pool is small and is super awkward as right next to it is a kitchen (filled with dirty dishes ala backpacker) and an outdoor table that only the villa can use. It's really not pleasant to swim there. It's incredibly hard to find. It took me and my taxi driver 30 miniutes to find it. After that, it's down a dark lonely road with minimal lighting - really not fun coming home from dinner dodging pot holes and dangers. Grab drivers or taxis can never find it. Rooms are small so the kettle and cups are loocated on the bedside table and even if you pay for a "view" it is of a wall. The one good thing is the sheets are clean and the bed soft. Def not a 3 star. No bedside tables. Location is at the bad end of ubud. Two roosters in the field next door and they wake you up every morning. Probably the worst thing is the plumbing - it's super loud and wakes you up during the night.

staff made you feel like you were at the Ritz
Nengah is very discrete and elegant in his delivery of all the services here
I like everything about it, but after COVID there are some maintenance issues which need to be addressed to make sure people have the best experience
8.0 / 10.0
beds were very comfortable, service discrete and exceptional, setting beautiful
Small areas needing maintenance - its understandable after the pandemic and starting to get income and build up business again. This is a great place, we really liked it and we comment only to make things better for them to have best success
