a quiet villa sat on its own, great views and balcony. Very spacious villa, great host who was always available but left us to it. Local town was nice (10-15 min walk) and with a car it is easy to get anywhere on the island inc. Corfu Old town. Would definitely recommend.
The road up to the villa is slightly difficult to drive but it didn't cause us any issues.

Stunning views, beautiful pool and well equipped villa. Our host was amazing meeting us from the bus stop on our arrival, taking us to the local supermarket for our starter shop and helping us with a medical issue during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.
A bit of a trek into Acharavi. Transport is essential.

The property was clean, the pool was a good size and only for our use. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break including welcome pack, toilet rolls and washing detergent for the washing machine. The owner for very helpful, especially when we locked ourselves out! The beach in Roda was lovely with lots of options of loungers to sunbathe and bars/restaurants to eat at. The waiting staff were all so friendly in Roda.
We had issues with dogs barking at night for a couple of nights, but the owner spoke with neighbours and it stopped. It was quite a long walk to Roda and the beach, about 20 mins with a steep hill back up. The property was not easy to find. You definitely need a hire car.

Superb place: great view, loved the pool, very clean (came every two days to clean and change towels and sheets). The host helped us with our requests (we needed some scotch tape, to print some documents and find a doctor for a test for our return hone) and told us she will help with anything. The place had everything necessary, from medicines cabinet to charcoal for the barbecue grill, and from new toothbrushes to a complete set of utensils for the kitchen. Internet speed was very good (great by greek standards).
Can't think of anything bad.

Very clean, well equipped with stunning views. It had a lovely pool with lots of recliners around it.
A long walk from the nearest shops and restaurants, particularly uphill when returning.

Fantastic villa and brilliant host, Eleni. From booking, Eleni stayed in touch and was reassuring that if Covid stopped us being able to travel, we could move the booking. It’s slightly challenging to locate as there are two very tight right turns very close together and our sat nav took us up the wrong one. We finally realised that it was the second right turn we needed to take (by the recycling yard) and it’s on this road that the sign for Vila fantastico can be spotted. Follow up the road, watching the bumps as other have said, and you’ll find the villa. The top floor, accessible via stairs and it’s own front door is the rental and the hosts brother sometimes stays on the ground floor. We only spotted him once in our 8 nights and didn’t hear a peep. The villa is up a steep hill and amongst nature so there are beautiful fruit trees all around. The cicades sing all day in the trees and are replaced by crickets at night. There are animals about, dogs in other properties who like to communicate together and we had regular visits from a mummy cat and her babies which was lovely. The pool area is fantastic. Great shade, good quality chairs and total privacy. A man comes by to check the pool each morning but often before anyone is even up. Inside the villa doesn’t disappoint. Eleni provides so much more than we’ve had at other villas. Welcome sachets of tea and coffee, bottles of water in the fridge, essentials for washing up and dishwasher use, all the appliances and equipment you could need and all of good quality. The bathroom has a lovely shower and is spacious. It is also fully equipped with a great selection of welcome essentials... even toothpaste and brushes!! A clean whirlpool washing machine made our two week (split location) Corfu holiday washing much easier to cope with. A medicine cabinet in case of injuries!! Lounge has a great flat screen tv, PS3 and loads of games. Beds are very comfy and all linens spotless. And oh my, the view from the balcony!!
I’ve run out of my word allowance. Don’t hesitate. Holiday here for a great time
