poor cleaning

breakfast was good, and location of bnb was good also

only one window opened, we reported this but nothing was done, so no means to escape in case of fire. the windows was covered in black mould, cob webs on ceiling, the glass plate in microwave was covered in curry from prievous guest. the shower was poor so had to stand under it for twenty mins to get wet as shower head was filled with limescale. the floor was never cleaned during our stay. we also found a dirty sock and gas cannisters under the bed which had not been cleaned in ages. we should have to ask for things to be cleaned it should be done before and during stay. we would like compensation for lack of cleaning.

Comfy and nice

Comfortable bed, free parking

The bathroom - can’t lean over the sink because of the glass shelf above it. Shower very weak. Dirt on bath mat. Thin walls/floors. Being on the ground floor meant we heard everything especially being by the front door. Was woken up by upstairs having a screaming argument in the middle of the night - things like this would have intimidated me had I been alone.

Extremely disappointing

Microwave in room

Broken toilet seat. Room was described as 290 odd square feet but was not even half the size. Very difficult parking. Each day of stay had to ask owners to put heating on. Simply rubbish. Cancelled further booking with them.

Very good

Good amenities for the price. Clean room, great value and location. Good for solo work trip. Staff were very helpful quickly resolving minor issue with WiFi on one night.

Visiting London is great, but this place is not worth anything close to what you pay, vastly overpri

Poorly laid out room , unable to fully open the door due to there being a wardrobe right in front of it. Breakfast was 4 slices of bread wrapped in clingfilm in the fridge and mini variety pack cereals

The location was good for work and the facilities were what I was expecting and needed.

There was no draining board at the property and the drawers weren't fully cleaned when I arrived. I don't know if my room was supposed to be cleaned everyday but if it was that didn't happen it was cleaned every other day.

ideal location for surrounding area and has good parking

Perfect location for my site visit the next day. Ample parking around back of property. Lovely clean room. Comfortable bed. Plenty on the continental breakfast for me. Microwave and fridge in room also. Good nights sleep. Good value.

You're given the option to extend your check out at £15 an hour when I asked for an extension I was told it's not possible. Why give the option if you can't take it.
