Nice, cheap so value for money, very loud and too central

We had a sea view room and every morning woke up to a gorgeous sunrise. The balcony we spacious and we could sit up and listen to the live music from below. The reception staff were kind and helpful too upon check in

Location was not ideal - the road was VERY loud with the horses and live music. You could walk to the hotel easily from the ferry port but honestly I would rather have walked further and stayed in a quieter location (we read reviews and don’t usually mind some noise) but this was a lot

Hyvä sijainti, ilmastointi toimii ja suihkusta tulee lämmintä vettä.

Huone haisi tunkkaiselle, kylpyhuone todella remontin tarpeessa. Ei siivousta majoittumisen aikana. Lakanoissa ja peitossa oli veritahroja. Huone ei muutenkaan kummoinen, toinen rullaverho rikki..

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage super!

Sehr dreckig!! Auch sehr heruntergekommen und renovierungsbedürftig :-( offene Steckdosen, nur 1 Steckdose hat funktioniert in dem Zimmer, Wasserschäden, verkalkte Hahnen, keine Bettwäsche war bezogen!! Wlan hat nicht gut funktioniert. Wir sind nicht pingelig, aber das was dort geboten wurde, war unterstes Niveau.

Wasn’t great, wouldn’t stay again.

Shower barely worked. They didn’t clean the room. Checkin was hard as they didn’t even know we booked two rooms or that we amended the dates. They also had very bad, old bedding that had holes in.

Good cheap accommodation

Loved the view from the Seaview bedroom. Close to everything.

The air con was terrible. Just made the room uncomfortable to be in. But before we upgraded to the Seaview room we were in a standard room and the air con was great. So will just need to test when you book a room.

was right in the middle of the Gili t strip

not clean no hot shower, room wasn’t cleaned in 3 nights! the hotel runs into a nightclub on the Friday night

Nothing it was that terrible that we had to change our hotel.

it was not clean at all, we could never sleep in the bed or use the bathroom. the swimming pool was also super dirty.

Location was great, staff so friendly and helpful. And the beds are huge and so comfortable. Fan & aircon in our room was great altough the aircon box at the door leaked (which they knew about) and kept flooding our room we had to use all our towels to stop it.

Our pillows and bed sheets were completely ripped and dirty not sure how house keeping could put these on to be honest. Our private pool was never cleaned even tho we got told it would be. Multiple power cuts & water outages altough this is expected on such a remote island.

live music every evening. semi-ok location due to distance to other places such as harbour etc

you could hear everything, from people next door to you. to the club in the hotel it sounded like it was in your room and even people on the street you could hear. the pool was not clean so we couldnt use it.

Very good

Good location on Gili Trawangan strip. Very basic bed and small room but did us ok as we were rarely in the accommodation.

Slight bad smell coming from bathroom. Sink did not drain well and on our final morning stopped draining completely with bad smelling lumps coming out of the sink. Bedding is a thin sheet only, no blankets.
