Staff was incredible. Room was what was as described. The wifi worked well enough for our needs.

The hotel was situated directly at the beautiful square in the city centre, 15 minutes walk from the Main Bus Terminal. The room was quite spacy, everything was clean. Staff was helpful (mainly the landlord was always smiling and ready to help).
The hotel was very noisy, because of the another guests (loud speaking, banging with the doors, sometimes even loud music at the reception). The light from the corridor was very disturbing (the door leading to the room has glass fanlight). Definitely recommend to have the eye mask and ear plugs!! Very solid pillows. Very obsolete equipment. No table, chair, pegs. Poor Wi-Fi.

Cold water, hot water, coffee offered at various times of day. Room window faced Cotapaxi. Occasional view when clouds lifted.

The shower was not always hot.
Bathroom smelled a bit weird.
