Une vue magnifique !!!et un appartement avec beaucoup de goût.

Un emplacement idyllique en face de la mer avec un spa au dernier étage. Une propreté impeccable voir irréprochable. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de la qualité de l’appartement au vu du prix (-40% car une période creuse). Rien à redire, nous recommandons vivement. La mer est vraiment à deux pas. Tout pour passer un super séjour.

Great Property.

Excellent, new and modern infrastructure, furniture and appliances. Decoration is nice: Curtains, lightning, sofa, etc.

It is necessary to add some signs to correctly indicate the entrance to the parking lot. It is also necessary to install some signs inside the parking lot to clearly identify the access to the building towards the stairs and elevator to reach the apartments.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is over three floors and is very comfortable and has a lot of space. It's very clean and the hostess was very responsive over messages giving us all the information we needed. The location is near some beaches and beautiful vilages are 20 minutes away.

You have to move with a car to get to nice villages.

Lovely apartment - I will surely visit again

I visited Marivent Apartments in Calonge with my wife and my 8 months old son. We loved our stay there. The location is great, very close to the awesome, with easy access to Cami de Rda., with loads of fantastic Calas along it. It's about 15 minutes walk to Platja d'Aro where there are loads of restaurants, shops, super markets, big sandy beach, etc. We requested for an early checkin, that was promptly arranged. The apartment itself was spectacular with great view of the sea. It was very tastefully decorated. It was spotlessly clean with all amenities that you may need - pots, pans, coffee machine, toaster, etc. We had a small balcony next attached to the bedroom and a fairly large terrace with the living room. It ha great view. The apartment was cleaned twice a week. We requested for a child seat that was very quickly provided to us. Throughout our stay we were able to communicate for anything over whatsapp and was promptly attended to. I would surely visit again.

I would rate it 8

perfect apartment, very modern with exceptional views

1/ the doors are very thin, so if you have two kids and one sleeps during the daytime, the other one should better not be at home as you hear every step in every part of this apartment 2/ the communication with the office is veeeery slow 3/ we stayed there a whole week and all the time the garage door was broken. they are definitely not in a hurry to solve this kind of things :)

Very good

We loved our stay at two-bedroom apartment. the apartment is quite big, modern and beautifully decorated. It has a really nice terrace with a sea view and also a roof top terrace with jacuzzi. There is a pool at the apartment complex which is shared with the tennis club across the road. The pool was quite busy during the day, but after 5 pm there was almost nobody so we could enjoy it privately. The beach in a walking distance it not very convenient for staying with kids, so we preferred to go to Torre Valentina beach 10 minutes drive by car.

There are only two really disappointing things. First, reception is available only by phone and they respond very slowly. we had to ask three times before we got the instructions how to get into the apartment. Second, parking cards stop working after a couple of time you use them (we tried three cards). But there is another way to open the garage manually which we were told only a day before leaving. I would recommend asking about it in advance.

Outstanding! We'll certainly be back!

Location was excellent! A quite road and very close to a beautiful Belladonna beach. Sea view from a balcony and top terrace was simply stunning. Well equipped kitchen, marble floors. The apartment was perfectly cleaned. All minor issues were sorted out within hours.

The only issue was a noise from nearby paddle tennis courts but anyway it was not a fault of Marivent Apartments so we could not blame them.

very relaxing holiday in every way

brand new apartment, very luxurious, very relaxed with great terracces, cool bedrooms, amazing showers, bubble bath and jacuzzi at the rooftop. we loved to hang out at the swimming pool and eat something at the informal bar.

nothing really. two points of attention: the apartment could have some more glasses and cuttelry. and a garbagebin.

Clean and spacious apartment, comfortable bed, well equipped, lots of outside spaces, gardens were beautiful. The pool area was small but very good with a great little terrace restaurant. Excellent for tennis and Padel tennis and close to small small beaches

No washing machine, about 1k walk to the nearest supermarket, 2k walk to town.

the apartment was very big, well equipped and well decorated. the pool is a delight with salt water and nice garden around. air conditioning was amazing. Everything was clean

.the only thing was the bed sheets. instead of a duvet the blanked is sandwiched between 2 sheets that move when you sleep .

Excellent value... would definitely recommend to friends and stay again ourselves.

Given the current climate with Covid, it was not surprising that the Apartment complex was not full. Our host took the decision therefore to upgrade us to a more spacious apartment and this was greatly appreciated.

With quite a few apartments empty, we were a little disappointed that the apartment immediately adjacent to ours was let to a couple who were heavy smokers. Each evening when we dined on the balcony, we were subjected to regular wafts of cigarette smoke drifting across the balcony from next door which definitely took the edge off our al fresco dining. Given the number of empty apartments, this could have been avoided by spacing the occupants further apart. A better solution which would also work when the complex is full would be to ask smoking guests to use the roof terrace when they need to smoke.
