great location but not good value for money

very basic. some yogurt in the fridge with milk and some mueseli

rude member of staff bed too soft and unsupportive pillows to firm do not drink rose wine had a smart TV that was unlinkable to the internet so could not snuggle up to watch a movie

great detail in the fixture and fittings, very relaxing with great views

with the cost of the stay i was very disappointed that i was charged for cleaning from the bond. this i think was not what i would have expected, more so when i cleaned before i left, washed plates and glass, that fact there was no washing up liquid.

A perfect countryside escape

Such a beautiful place to stay at with breathtaking views (the vineyards, peninsula coast, and even the city at the far horizon when weather is good); the guest house was cozy and elegant, breakfast contains plenty options, and the hosts are very warm and friendly.

If you want to experience a memorable couple of days stay here

It would be hard to find fault with Frogs Pond. Tania is very accommodating and helped us with recommendations for lunch dinner and vineyards not to be missed. Without her detailed knowledge our visit to Mornington would have been a very different experience.

Simply Stunning!

Stunning location, beautiful suite elegantly styled and appointed with sumptuous textures, furniture, and linen. All the little details you could possibly imagine for a 5 star+ stay. Incredible view over the vineyards towards the bay with Melbourne in the distance. So quiet and private with access to a beautiful pool surrounded my lush grass and lavender bushes. I could go on!

That view!

The view has to be one of the best on the peninsula! It is breathtaking. The design, finish and furnishings of the separate unit are of excellent quality. Loved the addition of complementary cheeses and other tasty foods.

Everything. All of the little details made our stay amazing. Tania was unreal and super helpful during our trip. Their home grown Pinot Noir was next level.

AmazIng getaway

We wanted to get away and switch off from a busy lifestyle and we couldn’t have picked a better property to do it at. The property is just stunning and the place was very cozy with the most amazing views. Tania was so welcoming and had the pantry filled with snacks, local produce and amazing cheese and wine for us to try. Loved the Frog pond Wine. We hope to be back soon

it was such a lovely place to stay. the attention to detail was magnificent. Tania really goes all out and makes your stay perfect. the best part is the view which is unbelievable! we can’t wait to come back.

Would definietly stay here again and will tell others

Only 2 apartments so privacy was delivered Stupendous views delivering a memory of Taormina in Sicily Breakfast provisions where in abundance and healthy Walking in the vineyard and swimming the lap pool was exhilarating Our host Tania was attentive, charming and helpful

The motor delivering the water to the house and apartments was just outside our bedroom and so when water was used during the night, the motor kicked in and woke us up.....

Bedroom was small The description said private pool but it’s a shared pool with the main house and the other suite. I found this very misleading.
