The bathroom was depressing. Bathroom floor was only a cement. And i found the cockroach in my first room before they changed the room for me.

Spacious room. Fridge. Scooter hire on-site
Noise - from the (bad, IMO) singer at the cafe behind, (which went from 21:00 - 23:00 each night) & from the cockerels, (from 05:00 daily), and multiple LOUD birds, (also from 05:00 daily).
Sounds of nature are one thing, sure. But this was in a different league. Could even hear the noise through heavy duty earplugs!
Lastly, the room was only cleaned when requested. Which is again fair enough. But in 35 degree heat, our rubbish was not cleaned regularly, neither taken away when we left it outside our room in the morning, (ie it was there when we got back late afternoon).
Neither were towels dealt with properly. They did leave fresh ones outside our place in the morning, (along with water in glass bottles that heated up quickly in 35 deg.) but we had to pile dirty ones in the bathroom.
