Great villa
We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. It has so many terraces, you can't even choose in which one to spend time :) The warm pool was amazing - kids spent whole day in it. After reading all the comments about how many steps there are, we were prepared for a daily workout.. pfff, it was nothing like that. Easy peasy :)
My husband is 190cm tall, so the master bed seemed a bit too short for him.

a very relaxing time away
it was lovely and quiet, with our own pool, beautiful interior with lots of space
There are an awful lot of steps to access the property, 81 in total 😱. we had to get taxi’s to access the main strip of bars and restaurants. Not many shops or restaurants open near to us, but that could be the time of the year.

This lovely beachside house was a great way to finish up our Spanish vacation
Communication with Ana (the owner) & Bori (the local host) was great. They had a book full of resources for the house and the surrounding area which was super helpful. The heated pool was lovely as well as the view from the solarium for coffee in the morning and evening drinks. A/C worked great! Not even a negative, but just to be aware - there are a fair amount of steps leading to the house.

Holiday from hell
My family booked the villa to celebrate my husband's 40th and daughters 18th birthdays. We choose a private villa with pool as I have 2 young children who are registered disabled and have specific dietary requirements.i thought having our own private space would be far more relaxing, we wouldn't have to worry about other guests and could cook for the family. There is a significant amount of steps leading up to the entrance of the property.(possibly 70 steps) They were very steep and we were shocked as they were never mentioned in the property description. The garden BBQ area is located up these steps on the way to the villa. Again if wanting to use this area.you need to climb the steep stairs.luckily noone in our family had mobility issues. The pictures of the villa are very deceiving in my opinion.the kitchen is tiny as is the fridge and was not big enough for our size of family.we struggled to fit our food in..the gas hob and oven were old and the kitchen was in need of repair and modernisation.the walllpaper was very tatty and edges of the bench had come off. The pipes from the boiler were green.the gas oven was very old. ;There was not enough room to cook and prepare food. There was not enough surface space. There was a very small washing machine situated in the middle of the stairway which was not ideal with 2 young children coming up and down stairs.it could only hold a very small load. The doors of the bedrooms downstairs were cracked and you could see through the cracks. The ceiling light in one of the bedrooms was coming off. The bedding was clean however the beds were not very comfortable. There was a significant amount of adapters for plugs in every room. These adapters had more adapters plugged into each other.in my opinion there were overloaded and hazardous. The pool area again was very tired and in need of repair.the sunloungers were old and rusty. The wooden tableset and chairs were not well maintained and faded in colour.

Exceptional
It was a great house and we loved our staying in it for nearly a month. The place is in a calm and nice area. Close to a supermarket and some lokal restaurants. Just 900 meter to the trainstation. Ana, the owner is easy to get in contact with if you get any problem and she is very helpfull. Bori, the girl as came when we arrived and also made the cleaning was a wonderful person also. We really enjoyed the staying. Janne from Swedend

Bad
The property which is advertised as a villa is in fact an old house (just about adequately furnished) which has approximately 100 steps to access it. Hauling your luggage and shopping (for bbq) up those steps in the blazing sun was no easy task. The pool area is tiny, there is hardly any space around the pool on which to relax. The garden and bbq area, which one would expect to be by the pool, are halfway down the 100 steps, so if you decide to have a bbq make sure you don't forget anything otherwise you'll have to trail up all those stairs again. None of this is explained in the description of the place. I would not have booked this property if I had known all of this. In addition because it is an old house the bathroom drains were really smelly and the smell permeated the rest of the house. All in all a terrible experience as the place was not up to the standard as advertised. My family and I decided to leave on the second day as we were unhappy with the place. We contacted the owner with our grievances but she would not reply to our messages or calls.

A place I want to stay again.
Really homely feel, lots of towels and blankets if you need them. Love some of the touches like a bottle of water and milk fresh in fridge when you arrive. Desperate for a coffee and could have one using the coffee machine, that had coffee too. Loved the conservatory, neighbours were also very nice, and it's lovely and quiet. It's the kind of place you could live in for a month easily. Some of the touches also like the books have also been gathered over a period of time, a lot of them signed as to when they were purchased. Just really made it.
The steps up are something we wouldn't be used to, but they aren't that bad. I'm not sure if the pool is heated or not, I should have just asked, it was cool, but it is January, I'm sure in June or July this is ideal.
