조식에 한식도 있고 이틀 동안 이용했는데 메뉴도 변경되었고, 조금 짠 편이긴 하지만 맛있었습니다! 호텔 내 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하셨고 요청했던 커넥팅룸으로 받아서 재밌게 놀았습니다 한국인 직원분도 계셔서 빠르게 체크인, 체크아웃 가능했습니다! 수영장과 건비치는 정말 좋았습니다! 워터슬라이드 👍 렌트를 해서 시내까지 나가는데 힘든점은 없었고, 걸어서 ABC마트 정도는 갔다 올만한 것 같습니다

카페트가 살짝 눅눅한 느낌이고, 화장실이 조금 노후되었습니다 그리고 물기가 있으면 미끄러운 편이라 조심해야 합니다 수영장에선 아쿠아슈즈 착용하고 들어가지 못하니 참고해주세요-! 카페트랑, 욕실 리모델링만 진행된다면 모든게 완벽한 호텔 일 것 같습니다!

Disappointed their service ask want them back for the service charge.

I like the Nikki Hotel located near the airport and the ocean.

They lost my shoes and a plug. They said there are no lost and found. Also asked if everything out of the trash bin was reported and none of them were reported. It’s questionable what they say.

A perfect place to stay when in Guam

My stay at Hotel Nikko was incredible! From check-in to check-out I was taken care of. The staff are all friendly, from all different departments and seem genuinely interested in providing you with a great stay and gave me a lot of tips about Guam. My room was incredible, clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the sea, beach and a lot of Guam. The location is convenient to get to surrounding places. The beach facilities were great. I loved going to the cafe, spa and pool too. I can't fault anything really. Thank you to the amazing staff that really cared about my stay.

That I couldn't stay longer! So n/a as everything was great!

ラウンジ利用が快適だった。

部屋のレースカーテンがボロボロになっていて、かなり破れているのが気になった。チェックイン時にデポジット以外に宿泊代全額を支払ったことに若干違和感があった。予約完了時点の確認メールには宿泊1週間前に初日宿泊代1泊分が請求されると記載されていたが、チェックイン時に初日分も含めて支払ったため二重請求となっていないか懸念している。

We had a nice stay, but for the price it could’ve been better.

Location is good, having an adjacent beach was pretty nice.

Bathroom is not great, generally the facilities seem old and don’t feel very clean.

We would surely return and recommend Hotel Nikko to our friends and family :)

The room was clean, a/c was cold, stocked with good toiletries, high speed wi-fi and a smart tv. fast elevator, not crowded. house keeping was very efficient. fountain cafe food was 10/10. huskee cups are greatly appreciated-made us happy and was a great addition to our stay. the lobby store had helpful service and was a great shopping experience. bellhop service was friendly and quick.

we were excited to attend the yoga class on Tuesday as advertised via Hotel Nikko app, but that morning we contacted front desk and we were told it’s on Mon. Wed. Fri. :( the pool and slide was enjoyable, but the quality of the pool water felt questionable.

nice sized lobby. no difficult key use elevators.

there is space under the door to the room and the hallway so you can hear everything in all rooms and the hallway. there is no shower liner so the floor gets soaking wet making everything uncomfortable.

Spacious rooms and great view - expensive for the state the hotel is in

The room was spacious and the view over the ocean fantastic. There is lots of parking available and restaurants are in walking distance. The beach is nice and the water is full of marine life to explore.

Although staff is friendly not every problem seems to be taken seriously. The customer experience could be improved. Moreover however the hotel has already seen its best days - it‘s kind of run down, carpets are stained, the AC doesn’t really take out the humidity, room and parts of the hotel smell moldy. The state of the house however doesn’t discourage the hotel to charge relatively high room prices.

Superb

The lobby area is very nice and the bathrooms are as well. The layout of the room was also very desirable.

The room was a little messy (food found under the couch) and the carpet along with the room itself is very outdated. The TVs are very old and I feel the air conditioning is as well as it was very glitchy and inconsistent.

Amazing room, value, and quality. Needs better people working there though

Great setting, nice pool and adequate lounge.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Nikko, and it may be my last. The staff are very unfriendly and unaccommodating. If you plan to stay here you must be prepared to re-explain something.
