Heerlijke plek om Nicosia te verkennen en uit te rusten

Geweldige stijl en vibe, fijne communicatie met Fatma, heerlijk katoenen beddengoed, grote kamer, er was wat lawaai van volgens mij de airco van beneden buren maar daar werd gelijk actie op ondernomen toen ik dit gaf

Het is op een hoek dus verkeer en mensen geluiden maar niet te storend

Ines guest house huzurlu, rahat konforlu bir daire, 5 oda var, ortak banyo ve mutfak. Mutfak cok kulanisli, buzdolabi ve mutfak gerecleri cok rahat yiyecek icecek yapmanizi sagliyor. Biraz arada ama merkeze ve Selimiye Camiine cok yakin 5 dk yuruyerek. Ve Fatma Hanim ev sahibi cok ilgili ve anlayisli, yardimci oldu. Sabor restorandaki calisanlari da... Tesekkurler...

çok keyifliydi

Tesis sahibi ve tesis çalışanı çok ilgiliydi. Gül Hanım çok samimi ve ilgili biri. hostel beklediğimden daha iyiyidi. tek kişilik,balkonlu otantik bir odada kaldım. yani fiyatına göre çok iyiydi. duş ve lavabo ortak olmasına rağmen hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım. yatak ve lavabolar temizdi. otelin konumu çok iyi. Girne kapı ya çok yakın. ben oldukça memnun kaldım.tavsiye ediyorum.

yatak maalesef temiz olmasına rağmen hiç rahat değildi. yatağın yaylarını hissediyorsunuz bedeninizde. ben yorganın yarısını altıma sererek bu sorunu çözdüm ama yatağın yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var gibi duruyor.

Жили в номере с одной двуспальной кроватью, без личного санузла и кухни. Очень милый дизайн ретро, матрас, подушки и спальное белье просто шикарные! При въезде нас ждали тапочки, по паре полотенец, в ванне был гель для душа и шампунь, но мы пользовались своим. Очень милая терраса, просторная кухня. Хозяйка и ее помощница всегда были на связи, оперативно помогали, если было нужно.

Конечно дом старый, без основательного ремонта всегда будут вылезать всякие мелочи: окна сильно продувают (мы были зимой, поэтому было очень холодно). В комнатах установлены кондиционеры, они хорошо спасали, но кухня, ванна и туалет не отапливаемые, это было тяжеловато. Так же стоило бы заменить краны в ванне и туалете, так как такими старыми раздельными невозможно комфортно пользоваться (из одного горячая вода, из другого холодная).

Najlepszy hotel od lat

Cudowni gospodarze zawsze mający czas, bo odpowiedzieć na pytania, służyć radą i pomocą. Świetna lokalizacja, ok. 10 minut pieszo do granicy przez parę urokliwych uliczek i Stare Miasto ze wszystkimi atrakcjami Nikozji Tureckiej.

Gutgeführte Unterkunft

Nach mehreren Wochen reisen durch die Türkei war es die erste vollausgestattene Ferienwohnung bei welcher mann auch kochen kann! Gute Kommunikation, auf Verbessurungsvorschläge wird gleich reagiert.

Will stay there again, it is clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

No breakfast was included. The guest house is equipped with a washing machine and kettle. The location is great. Close to all the markets and bazaar. Close to town and making walking easy

The prayers from the next door mosque was very disturbing during the nights, especially the first night, but after that we got used to it. It is part of the culture of Cypress.

Very professional, great communication. Met me after I arrived across the check point and a member of staff escorted me to the property.

Nothing much to add, maybe not a good balcony to sit outside, however did not effect my stay.

Ines guesthouse is a wonderful oasis in the city which immediately made me feel at home.

Ines guesthouse is a wonderful place in the heart of the city which made me feel comfortable and at home from the beginning. It is located in a beautiful old house that is completely refurbished and tastefully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen is a valuable add-on for everyone who’s travelling on a budget and appreciates a breakfast or dinner on the guesthouse’s rooftop terrace. The rooms are nicely arranged, AC working perfectly and the atmosphere is communal in the shared spaces. Thank you a lot for having me!

Charming place and wonderfully kind locals

House owner Fatima and staff Guy are wonderfully kind and helpful. House has its style with space and everything I need. Central location to many historical sites of walled city. Their restaurant Sabor has fresh good salad and soffie chocolate and drink next to Selimye Mosque. Locals are very kind to me. I have wonderful time here with sightseeing and meeting locals.

Superb

Friendly staff. We met the staff at their restaurant, she served us glasses of lemonade for free and even escorted us to the guesthouse. Nice kitchen and clean room.

The place is kinda hard to find especially at night since the street lights in the neighborhood are nearly non-existent

This place is amazing. I stayed there for 2 nights. Since the check in the staff was amazing, very welcoming. They also have a restaurant called SABOR, We went to have some dinner there and the owner even came to our table to make sure everything was okay! We also check out and they let us leave our bags in the guest house. They were always willing to help. Place is extremely clean, nice toilets and baths. The room was super comfy and they have such a good terrace with a nice view. I would totally stay there again

The bed had some kind of noise, so this is something to be checked. Besides that everything was just perfect.!!

Awesome place, great staff, the place is very clean and modern. Terrace has a nice view. Kitchen is full blown. Toilet and shower conveniet and clean. The place is nicely decorated, room was huse. The bed was great and matress comfortable. Close to major bus hub and far from the crowd of tourists. Would stay there again for sure.

Glass room doors - to bright in the room when someone turns the light in the corridor. They also don't isolate echo from the corridor. I would add some hangers for clothes in the shower room.

Beautiful house in an atmospheric residential neighbourhood

Beautiful house in an atmospheric residential area. The bedroom is huge and has super high ceilings and wooden flooring. I highly recommend staying here if you value authenticity and local immersion.

Comfortable guesthouse in the old town of Nicosia!

Despite a last minute booking, Fatma helped me check in late in the evening. The guesthouse was clean and rooms were spacious while being in the heart of the old town of Nicosia. Nice terrace and also a good kitchen with complimentary tea & coffee!

Sound travelled in the building - not a problem if fellow guests are respectful though.

Consequent water flood in balcony because of wrongly installed drainage pipe from bathroom. Separated hot and cold water taps in the bathroom. Squeaking bed.

Clean, spacious and well-lit room in perfectly maintained residence with a homey feel to it. Located 100m from a supermarket carrying basic supplies, and a 10mn-walk to a popular restaurant under the same ownership as the guest house. The heart of the walled city is only another 5mn further away...

.. Good rooms., good location, the landlady is highly respectful and gives infinite assistance with a smiley face..I really liked the place as if I am home.

I stayed for 2 weeks and everything went fine they have delicious food (krimali tavuk)that chicken pices with cream and vegetables it's my favourite because the landlady has a restaurant (Sapor Restaurant) five minute walk and there is delivery service where the food arrive hot

Lovely place.

The guesthouse was really clean, I especially liked the kitchen and the balcony. The staff responded to my messages quickly and did everything to make me feel comfortable. The location is a few minutes away from GirneKapi where I started my walking tour of the city, I would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect. We felt very comfy. Our room and the whole house was beatiful, very spacious and clean. The owner Fatma was very friendly and helpful. Her restaurant Sabor in the center has great atmosphere and delicious food. It is a must to visit.

Superb

The host is very friendly and speaks very good English. The place is about 10 minutes by food from the gate on border of Cyprus and the Turkish part. There is all kind of equipment shared in the quest house - fridge, washing machine, stove, terrace etc.

Surrounding area is not very nice. Sound isolation is not good and it is a bit noisy there during the night, so better to take ear plugs. The quest house Is not in Google Maps, but it is behind Pedieos guest house.
