Pleasant room, service, and breakfast.

Pleasant welcome and helpful staff. The gentleman at the reception printed our boarding passes. The room we booked was regal, very clean, elegant, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is one of the richest and most varied I have had in a 4-star hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations given its very reasonable price.

It is a bit far from the city center, so having a car is necessary.

Good Hotel To Stay in Tirana

Hotel is only 20 mins away from the airport. Perfect for a stopover in Tirana. Staff is very helpful. Highly recommend if you are staying in Tirana. Tirana city centre is roughly 20 mins away by car.

They are building a bridge right outside the hotel and it's very noisy.

Dans notre il y avait une odeur de tabac froid très persistant, qui s’est imprégné dans nos vêtements

We enjoyed it and definitely worth the price, pretty close to the center, you can take the city bus.

The breakfast was really tasty, we enjoyed it, juices are fresh, coffee is also delicious. There was variety of food to choose from, hot, cold, sweet and salty. Everyone will have sth for them :)

Some of places were a little bit destroyed, like doors were scratched, handle to wardrobe was loosen, and the shelf in the bathroom was not steady. Also the window felt like it couldn’t close so we could hear everything from the outside, and there is a road with construction work but it didn’t bother us.

Il personale era molto disponibile, struttura esternamente era carina, la stanza era calda.

Abbiamo prenotato la suite con vasca e sauna per una notte… abbiamo trovato la stanza poco pulita considerati i vari peli trovati nel bagno e nella vasca… la vasca idromassaggio era sporca infatti l’abbiamo dovuta lavare noi manualmente per poterla usare… la sauna abbiamo provato in tutti i modi a farla partire seguendo le relative istruzioni, ma non si accendeva proprio… la colazione è stata a parer mio molto scarsa.

Me esperaba más de lo que es

La habitación era amplia y está guay con el jacuzzy y la sauna, desayuno variado bueno.

Venía con mucha ilusión a este hotel porque era un regalo para mi pareja y me lleve una decepción con algunas cosas , la suite que me dieron nada más entrar horrible el olor a tabaco , yo no soy fumadora y era muy desagradable ese olor , deberian de tomar medidas ante eso o poner ambientadores , ventilar o prohibirlo directamente , las habitaciones están muy anticuadas los muebles viejos , deberían de darle un lavado de cara para sacarle mas partido a ese hotel. También había pérdida de agua en el baño y estaba el suelo mojado.

Clean rooms

Far from center, almost 3 km walk, the road in front is under construction and sometimes it had so many dust. Yet when it willy be completed the situation willy be improved.

Overall room was very large and comfortable enough.

The service and hospitality of the staff members was beyond fantastic! They were always on alert for our needs and queri

The hotel was at a top location and made the way to our activities super easy! The hotel could be spot from everywhere, it was lit very well! It’s cozy and welcoming. The room was spacious and had all necessities needed.

Our tv had problems turning on along with the heating, but the staff was exceptional and alert. They sorted out the issue in no time and we could continue with our stay as if nothing happened.
