El problema está en los detalles

La ubicación es genial, sin duda es lo que más resalta.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear. No hay aire acondicionado y con las temperaturas de verano, resulta muy incómodo tener solamente un ventilador. La puerta automática para el parking no funcionaba desde afuera y aunque se resuelve el tema entrando al edificio y abriendo desde adentro, son detalles que te hacen pensar que el mantenimiento no es la prioridad, pasaba lo mismo con los cordones de las persianas en las ventanas que se están deshaciendo. Sería un buen detalle dejar un kit de jabones de baño y para trastes al inicio como cortesía a quien renta y poner a su disposición basureros en los baños, pues no existen.

Bedrooms very warm during hot days. No privacy in upstairs bedroom. Broken Nespresso maker. Little light in upstairs bathroom due to d several non working lightbulbs.

Very good location and we enjoyed our stay. Fitter now than when we arrived

Location was superb, facilities were exactly as described. We were delayed on our arrival so the instructions to collect the keys were very clear along g with apartment entry process.

Apartment is on 2nd floor without a lift. Carpark is in basement so be aware you are up and down a lot of fairly narrow stairs - not for the unfit.

A relaxing stay in beautiful Girona.

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old city within walking distance to all the major medieval monuments of Girona.

The apartment was very clean. It lacked any extras like water or toiletries.

Brilliant property and great city to visit.

Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent location in old town with secure on site parking.

Could not find address to pick up keys. Steep sets stairs to carry luggage up.

Great temporary home just inside the old town of Girona - easy accessible by car and feet :)

Great location - with parking included. Situated at the end of Girona old town, you walk out of the apartment to find yourself in midst of the old town. All in walking distance, you can safely let your car parked in the garage situated in the same building. The apartment is well furnished and the kitchen is equipped like a kitchen at home. Despite situated in the old town, the surrounding is rather quiet. Fetching keys was very easy and interacting with the landlord was pleasant. We felt home immediately and are looking forward to visit again :)

The apartment has no air conditioning which we were able to compensate by opening all windows in the early morning and keeping the colder morning air. Driving to the place and specially through the garage ramp needs some attention - is is quite narrow as expected in old town regions.

Excellent flat, poor service.

Beautiful flat, well equipped and in an excellent location.

Heating in bedroom did not work, it was cold, really cold. Agent did not respond to either our texts or emails. The bed needs changing, desperately.

Good Sized Apartment a Travelling Couple.

The unit was as we expected it to be and the photos on Booking.com were all correct. We liked having a whole unit with a working washing machine and dryer. It was in the old city so everything was easy to walk to. Car parking was under the building and driving in and out was “tight” given what are use to at home but it worked for us as we had a car with us. Easy walk to most of the bike hire places if you are in Girona for biking. Close to places for breakfast.

It was really hot in the upstairs bedroom in early September when we were there but it was also over 30 degrees outside. A fan was provided and we opened windows. That is life when it’s hot outside.
