Spacious apartment

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean, high in the block with a great view and very quiet. The metro station was close by as was a large carrefour and it was very safe. The main bed was in the living room and there was another in a second bedroom. Bathroom was great.

There was a large balcony but it hadn’t been cleaned and there were no chairs to sit on which was very disappointing in good weather. More kitchen equipment would be helpful and the duvet was much too thin for the time of year.

Locația bună, foarte curat, mic dar confortabil. Profi aproape

Exista parcare privata dar contra cost: 20 lei pe noapte. Sau se poate parca în jurul blocului dacă găsiți loc, depinde de noroc. Fiind vorba de București e destul de complicat. Lipseau chestii mărunte la bucătărie, gen laveta, tocător, chibrite dacă voiai sa folosești aragazul, dar în rest totul f ok, pt o sedere scurta e exact ce trebuie.

Good place to stay

The place was clean and is in a good spot. Part of closed complex there is a guard at the entrance of the complex. There is a shop and underground parking. The apartment itself is good, with an amazing view and can easily accommodate two couples or two solo travelers. The location is good, just a few minutes with bus from the center of Bucharest. Finally our host was very cool and supportive. He explained everything to us, how to enter, where to find the property etc. The beds were very comfortable and we managed to have an amazing sleep.

There was a lack of basic commodities. There was not enough chairs, no coffie machine, no table on the balcony.. This apartment can be an amazing, but need few upgrades.

Very good

The apartments were well-equipped and clean. There was a separate kitchen with a stove, microwave, and various kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable and there was a TV in the living room and the bedroom both. We were there for two nights only but the property is a good choice for longer stays too. The location was excellent with a metro station and a bus station nearby. The building is inside a closed complex which gives it additional security. There's a mini-market right around the corner. The host was polite and answered each message quickly.

Finding a parking spot is difficult, so you must inform the host to save a parking slot before arriving. We were 3 people in the apartment but the additional bed, a sofa, wasn't stretched out in advance so it was a bit of a hassle to do it by ourselves and the sheets provided didn't match the size of the mattress. In one of the bedrooms the door to the balcony was locked which was a problem since we didn't have any other windows in our room nor an air conditioner so it was quite hot during the night.

Very good stay, and the owner is very responsive and friendly!

Very tidy and spacious, it had everything we need it, even a shop on the ground floor of the building.

The property was on the 11th floor but that’s all.

It's a good place to stay for a several days

The appartments are nice and clean, where you can find a washing machine, a kettle, plates/cups/etc., a microwave, a cooking surface with an owen, a fridge and a balcony - that's exactly what you need if you've been traveling for a long period of time. Additionaly there're metro station, modern mall center, botanical garden nearby and small supermarket on the first floor on the corner.

Not so attractive view. A bit noisy in the morning or in the evening due to neightbours being at homes at this time. No cutting board in the kitchen, the kettle was without a lid, working normally otherwise. No plugs neear bad. Water heater is a peculiar thing: water is either boiling hot or not heated at all, which turns taking a shower into a challange.

Good value for money and great location

Very smooth and easy check-in and check-out. Very nice rooms with a great view of the city.

There were only double duvets in the rooms. It would have been nice with sole duvets.
